Ask people questions? Yes! People are so much more interested in talking about themselves or what they know than about anything else so this is very charming. Work out (even just a bit in your bedroom?). Yes!! If you can at least get to the point where you won't feel embarrassed when asked to do normal things you get a huge confidence boost.
