I'm a dude. I am fully 100% male. Why would someone put the toilet seat UP after they're done? It's more likely someone will need it down to use it lol (women pee and poo sitting down, men only put the toilet seat up to pee) what is so difficult about cleaning up after yourself dude? You're giving men's rights a bad name by clinging to this one so hard

How is it asking the guy to do anything extra? Honestly you could just keep the seat down all together and pee sitting lol. If you lift the seat up how is it not logical that you then put it down? Women obviously do not use the toilet with the seat up so why is the onus on them to put it down?? Answer me THAT!

I don't know if the big girl time is a comment insinuating that I'm a woman, but I assure you that I am a man. Don't make someone do something extra because you felt like being lazy (even if it's only 2 seconds). Do you get a toilet out of the box with it's lid up? No, because the default position is down. Not to mention, there is 1 instance (men peeing) in which the seat is beneficial to be up and 2 instances where the seat is beneficial to be down (both genders defecating). Why is this the hill you guys want to die on? Coming from another dude lemme tell you - it isn't that hard to clean up after yourself

The default position of a toilet seat is down. That's why you expect people to put it back the way it was. You think it's okay for your kids to leave toys on the ground if that's the way they found them? Nah, you teach them to clean up after themself.

There's why people take issue to it - it takes no time to put it down. I mean come on, where's the common courtesy? If I use a 5lb plate at the gym I put it back when Im done, even though literally anyone there can do it I'M the one who used it so the onus is on me to return it.

Mmm not quite sure about that. Gender dysmorphia is a recognized condition by a lot of psychologists and I think the brain is such a complex structure that to say you couldn't feel in the "wrong" body is sort of naive. We don't exactly know how the brain works but we do know that some people don't feel comfortable in the body they're given at birth.
