I think that depends where you live, in my part of Canada hitting someone is simple assault, then there is aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

Maybe not where you live, I have definitely had a female arrested for hitting me. It's assault, which is a crime. It's definitely the best course of action too because then you aren't going to be accused of assault later.

LPT if you really want revenge call the police and press charges. If you drop the, oh if I ever hit a woman I'd be in jail line they will definitely get defensive and agree to press charges because equality.

I meant more being aware of situations and how they could be perceived. I'd never want to be in a room alone with a young girl.

As a man you have to go out of your way to even avoid the perception of impropriety.

She is already a horrible person. She's a psychopath, no remorse or empathy for months. She didn't even confess, she was caught. She will not be rehabilitated. She should be punished for her heinous crime. You need to set a deterrent so other people don't think it's okay to ruin people's lives for their own benefit and only get 6 months.

I think what she did is just as bad as rape and should be punished just as harshly. She could have sent three innocent people to jail for years and ruined their entire lives. Ruined their relationship with family, friends and all future relationships. They could have had hard times getting into school and getting jobs. The only reason their lives weren't ruined is because of CCTV footage. She showed no remorse and continued the lie for months. So what she gets 6 months and off free? A 16 year ol…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
