The difference in that factor can also be explained by pointing out that any internal violence incited by poverty would self-perpetuate and compound the problem. Revenge and whatnot. It does not mean black people are more inclined towards crime. I cant believe i have to argue this on /r/MensRights, where we're constantly decrying the implication that Men are violent neanderthals. That's a neat story and I'm cool with you sharing it, but don't expect anecdotal memories to convince or change anyone's mind. I do experience a similar phenomenon in my city. There are a few more ethnic neighborhoods (we have a relatively small PoC population), but the violent neighborhood is still definitely a predominantly white one, because it's poor.
