Just be forward. Someone did an expirement on tinder where they played a 70 year old chubby grandma with a bio saying "looking for quick fun" or something like that. Maxed out matches in like an hour I think. Most guys are up for casual relationships so dont make it hard for them

firstly, nobody on earth dedicates time to being an npc waiting to be approached. Of course theres nuance with everything and things are never 100 percent clear. But if the goal is to be social, don't go to stores or random sidewalks. Bars and clubs are the easiest. You could extend that to more general nightlife environments.
