It seems like the legal definition of incapacitated in California sums up to a person being in a state where they can no longer take care of themselves for any of a laundry list of reasons. Without an explicit definition stated in the bill I would take this to mean that if someone can be considered drunk they can't give consent. Needing to be able to have a sense of humor about yourself is important, but everyone wants to at least to have their ideas stand on their own merit from time to time. To do effective satire That's kind of the key right there, it wasn't effective. The skit wasn't really funny and came off as a really forced attempt to use being on SNL as a chance to attack MRAs. It was pretty clear they made absolutely no attempt to learn anything about MRAs or use any actual MRA issues in the skit.
