5	A Word For Those Back At College In rearguards to picking up a sport, do wrestling. Wrestling is something I look back on and wish I did. It'll build so much toughness and mental strength. If you're in America, high school wrestling programs are at a pretty high level compared to other youth martial arts programs and aren't available to adults like they are to high school kids.
