2	Emotion triggers easily Yeah I think it's a mix of hormones..also if we are older 40s too. And adding a sensitive personality. With a lot of compassion. If u add excess of work and problems. Then u have this result. Too emotional. Only good rest. Activities and social life can help a bit. Be surrounded by good vibing people.
