You can try propranolol Start with 10 if not control go for 40 1 tab od or bd But dont use chronically as beta blocker is associated with young erectile dysfunction You can use it occasionally like before presentation ,public speaking Other than that yoga , breathing exercises will help provided you dont have any other involuntary movement disorder Btw dont forget to check your thyroid function test
