| 1 | Lifting weights in a calorie deficit?I understand cutting, which is why I know about calorie deficit etc. I have lost weight before but never with weight training. They say you can’t build muscle and lose fat at the same time, so lifting during fat loss would only maintain your muscle. But what about someone with practically no muscle definition?
