| -5 | PrivilegeHmm - could this "lack of work ethic" you see possibly be because more women are likely to be picking up the 2nd shift in addition to working? Maybe this means they aren't as available for overtime because they have to take care of kids & the house or take sick/vacation time for kids' doctors appointments or when the kids are home sick.
