Other people aren't going to define you by your stuff. Girls will bone anywhere if they find a guy desirable enough. What are your hobbies? Art? An instrument? Carpentry? Can you cook? What else do you bring to the table that a girl might find interesting? Capitalize on that or get one if you just watch tv and play video games. Get away from all those podcasts and articles. First... we know all that stuff already. It's not that it's wrong, but all its gonna do now is work you up about the women …

Same. Not only does listening and enduring fights btwn them set a horrible example the anger almost inevitably gets directed at the kids too. Sometimes physically... Shit can mess you up.

I agree, those types of guys exist but I feel there's so much more in the "Zen" alpha who is always willing to help bring other's up and allows nothing under their skin. Like you said, they only react to real threats.

Had this problem in my frat with one guy. I 'look' alpha but was generally quiet and reserved. One guy always was trying to use this to raise his status. We were playing N64 with a few girls while bunch of other people were hanging out. He kept trying to get under my skin with insults that went beyond trash talk. I just casually said "It's kinda weird how you only try and put me down when (girls name) is around ____" and continued winning the race of mario kart. No one took him seriously after t…

I'm at this "big enough to know I'm small" crossroads. It's bittersweet.

I hooked up with one bigger chick in college and when she was on top it was like someone dropped an anchor in my lap. Felt amazing... again, not some feminist fatty, a real curvy tall piece of ass.

Profusely apologizing and being sorry to take up space is beta. A real apology is rare thing and for serious shit takes a real man to own up to. About a year ago I let my old suspicions of meds from a bad experience go. Ive been taking vyvanse and it has been life-changing for my add. I encourage you to be wary of mind altering meds but also open-minded. Feel better bro

Thanks for the encouragement. Moving in with social people is an awesome piece of advice. Looking back that's what contributed to my slump again, I didn't surround myself with the right people.

I've been riding the waves up and down of social inept until college, where I hit a stride. Now im coming back out of another down slump post-college, and your story is giving me inspiration. I share terrible anxiety with you as well. I'm also a musician, and better at my craft than ever before. I'm also bigger than ever before, so I'm hoping this peak is higher than my last one like yours. Hope you have continuing success and your band keeps rocking! stop talking about smoking I just wanna get …

I see you chose not to respond to any of his rebuttals... Also, having a viewpoint of 'people seeking to suppress minorities like myself' makes it sounds like you have an external locus of control. That could be why it sounds bluepill. I'm not saying you are, but those kind of statements reek of bp.

People come on to TRP all the time and claim we "hate women." The truth of it is, I love women. I'm always like... really? TRP hates women? That's why it's loaded with dudes trying to get closer to girls.

Well i suppose there's about a zillion examples of anecdotal evidence where average looking guy gets the hottie, but just forget about those. I mean chicks called my best friend "not very attractive" and he would still bang them.

All the comments are filled with girls defending it. I'm betting these girls just rationalize their 5 out of 10 looks away by saying they're into chubby(read: less value) guys.

Its a loaded headline. What is there to 'worry' about??? Maybe if you're morbidly obese worry would be a relevant emotion.

Just for one semester in college. She had a boyfriend back home she "knew she would spend the rest of her life with". I didn't want to date this girl so I just told her not to talk about her boyfriend cuz it was boring. This girl was a different pickup because I just didn't spit game at her, she seemed so closed to any interaction and was like 8-9/10. I'll admit I was intimidated. I was sitting next to her on a couch while all these other conversations are going on so I did the polite thing. All…

It exists in other cultures so that would be a place to look as far as prostitution and its effects. It seems contradictive to me that Red Pill theory tells men to go their own way while at the same time telling them to change completely who they are and lose their dignity along the way. I don't understand your idea of losing your dignity though... actually ever since this stuff I feel more dignified. Why shouldn't I if I am more confident, physically stronger, socially smarter, etc. I'm a music…

spot on with sugar and booze but some fats aren't too bad. Edit to clarify: avoid any carbs like sugar, white bread, and cereal. Do eat whole grains, vegetables, and fruit. Drop that bitch tho, I used to train people and would be upfront... if you're not training for anything lets get you looking good and healthy. There's no need to be in MMA shape.

What I want to discuss is why musicianship in particular is so astonishingly attractive. Is it because music is a language that bypasses articulate thought and goes right into the feelings? yup, right in the feels girls, emotion, you know the rest. I wouldn't say they threw themselves at me but djing big parties and playing guitar at the frat house definitely sped up the process. Makes you more interesting without investing time into conversation and having to express yourself through words.

That's true. This is when people need to stop looking down the lines of gender and just at people's intelligence and respect. Girls that are willing to abuse this and guys that are willing to accept it can keep it. We can continue to court and associate with people who value attractiveness and other traits... not to sound like an elitist jerk, but I do believe people should think being hot is only the ante to get in the game.

You need the ante to get in the game. But once you're out of the gates its a fair playing field. My last girlfriend was probably about a 6 but the personality was a 9.
