I always found it counterproductive that despite claiming to be a progressive movement, feminism still relies on archaic assumptions about the nature of women and men to function. The ideology pushes females to be independent but then proceeds to infantilize them. I'm left wing, but I think feminism is no longer about equality.

I think they're misguided. It's not their fault they've been taught to believe that women are victims and men oppressors. It's why we need subs that collect the facts and statistics to highlight Male problems, so that more people understand that there are issues on both sides of the fence.

I dont think men are interested in sharing as historically we have been told to keep things to ourself, and still kind of are. Men can't really vent in the real world, so it's no surprise that subs like r/MensRights contains mostly that. Pretty much every other subreddit shuns or outright denies male problems, so it can be isolating, it's no wonder agitated men congregate to post in an unmoderated community that accepts them. That being said, there are other, better subreddits that focus on male problems more, such as r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates , r/Male_Studies etc.

Incels are not really a movement, more like an ideology that is spread very sparingly and in really obscure forums. It is the idea of being an 'involuntary celibate' , essentially accepting what the internet calls the 'red pill' or 'black pill'. However I imagine the backlash will target MRA and Mens Rights simply because radical feminists want a reason to hate it - even though the two movements are not related.

It seems both genders face pay 'discrimination'. I would wager it's more to do with record low salaries across the board, and the high cost of living people face in the current day. I just find the victim blaming so frustrating. Men suffering with mental health issues is a huge problem yet those with issues are told its their fault for 'being too quiet' and 'displaying toxic masculinity' and 'not opening up' when this is really not the case. We cant really just stay in our homes and hide, there are jobs and tasks to be done. Even if we were worried we would be silenced about the issue promptly. Personally I am afraid of these things, but expressing that is frowned upon.
