I only thought of this after looking up laser tattoo removal and finding out that some places don't accept customers with darker skin tones. It seemed odd so I researched it and found out that it's due to the color and intensity of the laser that they use. The original lasers that they used would cause burns and even leave behind scars.

I remember that some guys in Portland tried to defend a couple of women that were being harassed and then the guys ended up getting stabbed by the harasser. Two of them died while the last one ended up in the hospital after being stabbed in the neck. They don't even know why it's a bad idea to have the death penalty for rape and molestation. There used to be a death penalty for rape and there's a good reason why nobody's executing rapists anymore. I don't really agree with him since hunting for sport can generate enough money to actually save a species from poachers. Kind of odd that people charge others to kill animals just so they can save many more but I get the logic behind it. If you charge people to hunt in an area and only let them kill specific animals then you can control population growth and use the money to hire mercenaries/security to protect the habitat.

They are pretty inadequate which is why I think that the defendant shouldn't be named to the press. Only when they're found guilty should their name be released and even then I think it would be foolish. I think that the only times someone's face and name should be plastered in the news are when they do something great or if they're wanted by the police. I see no reason to bring it up any time other than that since the whole point of prison is supposed to be rehabilitation.
