So, now that I'm actually in a relationship, I always have this small doubt that if the right guy comes around, my girlfriend will do the same as these girls have done OP, this is exactly what women do. Because something obvious has never gotten a girl interested - at least in my experience. If you want this guy you'll do what you have to do to bring him onto your team, don't be afraid to run some girl-game on it - I know you know how :) If you don't want to work to keep him around you won't have a relationship, so why not just have some fun with it?

Well he did let you on to his methods, that is a mistake on his part, but maybe you are his oneitis or unicorn? I don't know him personally, so I'd say go with the flow and keep your eyes open.
