Well it’s complicated and there’s a lot thats happened over the years that bothered me. I planned on trying to fix things not so long ago but then I went through a rough patch. Lifts 275 x 5 flat bench 405 x 5 dead lift 315 x5 squats . Not my PRs but what I can do currently. Weight 215 height 6’2.
