I think you need to go back to what the guy originally said. He said that the victim is "usually" just cheating on a partner. That was the absolutely stupid point I was arguing. Show me 1 comment where I say, blame the alleged perpetrators? And as I also said, anyone who makes false accusations should get absolutely hammered by the law.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Both the perpetrators and the victims. That's exactly how the system works. Your comment is extra strange as people here seem to believe that the victim is automatically lying so therefore is guilty until proven innocent.

You're talking shite. I'm not saying it never happens, but as a percentage of women that cheat, crying rape as a means to do so is going to be way too low to call "sometimes". By your logic you're putting a doubt on a rape victims report, because "sometimes" they're cheating, that is never a good thing. Victims have to be believed unequivocally until, like in this case, they are proven to be lying.

I know I'll get downvoted to hell but fuck it. The guy did nothing wrong, but I'd say it's very frustrating for her. I had to bring my son to the hospital every month for a few years, the only parking I could get was in a housing estate close by, the hospital carpark was always full. I never blocked a driveway but I got called out by house owners maybe every second time. Mostly men. I never moved my car either. Roll on the down votes, I understand.

Americans just don't understand that their freedom of speech is so very very censored by lawyers when it's needed. Just look at all those reporters who knew about, but couldn't talk about, things like epstein and weinstein because they thought they would be sued. Australia and most western countries have great freedom of speech laws, just like the US, but profanity in public can be frowned upon.
