It's all emotional reactions to seemingly unpleasant stimulus. Feminists often see men as a threat fundamentally and because of that hate they react accordingly.

Basically everything you've said is how I ended up here. Something just seems off. What I'd been told made no sense. Nothing really added up. I tried to make sense of it and was unable to. Thanks for the insight!

Makes perfect sense. What I've found most interesting is that a lot of Feminists I've been around were miserable being Feminist but they remain Feminist because they were indoctrinated to believe they need to be. It's pure dogma.

That makes perfect sense, emotional reactions to apparent unpleasant stimulus. I appreciate that! I'm so used to people criticizing basically anything I say like that so it's nice when it goes by so smoothly. One last thing I find very surprising is that somehow (apparently) the subreddit for MensRights is over twice is large as the one for Feminism... quite puzzling.

It seems to be growing quickly. I was raised around Feminists and found out a lot of what I was told was not true, such as: the people in this type of group all hated women fundamentally. I also went into the AskFeminist subreddit to discuss (full disclosure: argue) the virtues of something like Egalitarianism being greater than Feminism for the purpose of equal opportunity and was met by some very unhappy Feminists that argued ... quite poorly in my opinion.
