8	GeNdEr EqUaLiTy This is just dumb. They arrested a 12 year old boy under POCSO because he impregnated a 17 year old girl. In short they arrested a young child because he impregnated an older child. If it's true that a 12 year old boy is brave enough to rape a girl 5 years older than him and girl is not able to defend herself from getting raped by a boy 5 years younger and much weaker than her then the parents of both the children have failed in raising their kids properly.
