2	Is there any point in approaching women until I've lost weight? To become slim the only thing I did was wake up at 4:30 AM, get ready by 5 AM and do HIIT sprints for an hour. I did as many as I could in a park nearby. Between sprints, I did not sit down; I walked or jogged. At first, I could only do 5 all out sprints in a day and increased it gradually.
