I watched the red pill this morning and after watching the bit on the training video I was much more open to being against circumcision. 1	This double standard infuriates me There were other benefits than UTIs though. It looked like there was fairly substantial disease prevention as well. I agree the UTI alone isn't a good enough reason. I guess I want to ask, as someone who is so passionate about circumcision, you've read so much about it, tons of papers I agree you have more knowledge about it than I, why are you SO against it? 1	This double standard infuriates me I read both the American and Canadian report. From my understanding they both take the stance that the benefits outweigh the risks but not enough to urge parents to do the procedure. Personally as a future parent and the fact that the risk of complications increase 4 times as the child ages justifies a decision to do it. 0	This double standard infuriates me You can't just ignore the medical reasons though. I understand that there is research showing that it doesn't make much of a difference but on the other hand there is tons of research showing that it does. It is often recommended by pediatricians. To get as vitriolic as I've seen in this thread is ridiculous honestly. -5	This double standard infuriates me I think uncircumcised guys get defensive when people say their junk looks goofy. I don't mess around with dicks but I have heard women talk about bad experiences with uncircumcised ones... The way people talk about it is weird. MUTILATION.
