I came across a post the same day she had lunch with him. A comment said that a guy use to fuck this girl who had a sugar daddy. He said she bought him things with the guys money and the sugar daddy would always text her complaining that she wasn't having sex with him. I'm not saying this is an ideal situation, but I think it kind of influenced me into thinking it was possible for her to accept the money without giving anything in return. Then again, maybe the sugar baby in that situation was ly…

I am not denying the sketchiness of the situation. I am only sharing it the way that it was shared to me. She is aware that he is interested in sex. She has sugarcoated her words but I made it clear that this was the case and she has acknowledged it. As a couple, we are interested in receiving the money, but I am worried about the risks for her, and myself.

Yea I can't really disagree with this. I'm very aware that this man has to be attracted to her, and since he is so wealthy, probably expects that she can be bought. I'm just wondering if being careful to not put herself in a dangerous situation will be enough to ensure she isn't propositioned or, worse, raped.

Okay but can you imagine her situation? She meets with a potential client who tells her he is going to help her out with some money. On top of that she owes me a few hundred dollars and has student loans to pay off. I'm not saying she's isn't wrong but I don't think telling the guy to fuck off is an easy option when he is also suggesting he'll help her meet her monthly goals at her current job. I know I personally, would have a tough time turning down that kind of offer. But don't get me wrong, …

I've been dealing with this since sophomore year of college (so about 4-5 years now) and I know how devastating it can be. I turned to reddit a few months ago to look for a solution and found this post. Now this wasn't an instant cure but it got me headed in the right direction. Aside from doing these little exercises and being healthy, the most important things are communication and learning to have fun with it. The first step in improvement for me occurred with a sexy girl who flat out told me…

Thanks man. I asked her if she was going to this thing tomorrow to initiate conversation and then ask her out. Her response was super brief so I've decided 'fuck that' and I'm moving on. Wish I could have done it earlier to maintain a better position, but it's a learning experience, right? Next.

i agree with this. The question is: do I take one more step forward and try for the date, or do I leave it where it is and step away? I'm leaning towards the latter, though I might beat myself up later for not even asking.

Thanks for your response. I withheld my name as punishment for not remembering several times before. Also it has served useful as a reoccurring joke (which I hope to not overplay). Anyway, I definitely placed her on a pedestal but I don't think I've come off as needy yet. I'm hesitant to ask her out at this point because I feel like there's a high probability of her flaking, which leads me to believe I'm better off continuing with text game. I'm only thinking this way because I've cut to the cha…

Amen brother. Went on a date with a girl today and everything went well (first date in over a year). My only regret is I didn't escalate. Now I'm sitting here wondering if she enjoyed herself as much as I did.

I agree with all of these. I would add "Not getting in shape" to 10 though. I remember wishing I had worked out more, every spring, when it got nice and everyone was at the pool or day drinking. Most schools' tuition include a gym membership so you definitely need to take advantage of that. Plus you can meet girls there (tip: go to yoga classes).

I know the feeling. Best thing to do is cut her out. You're not going to win her back. Plus, college is the best place to be single. Live it up.

The way I see it, if she keeps me informed and acts within the boundaries I have laid out regarding this situation, it doesn't bother me if she is getting lunch with him or receiving checks from him. My biggest fear is her being put in a situation where she is cornered by her sense of obligation. If she were to sleep with him willingly, then it's an easy next.
