It's better to not be in a relationship than to feel uncomfortable while being in one. I know that relationships aren't always sunshine and rainbows but you shouldn't feel pressured by your partner into doing something that you're not comfortable with. You're better off finding someone else who respects your boundaries.
Be upfront and tell him that you're uncomfortable with having sex with him. If he keeps egging you on about that, find someone else who respects how you feel and that you're comfortable being around.
