I've been friends with a number of escorts and heard the behind-the-scenes talk. Some of them do have actual "relationships" with their clients, but it's nevertheless still contingent on that cash flow. That said, I've tried it a few times, and it's extraordinarily disappointing when compared with a woman who will do all of the same things for "free".

What really matters is what you let on about yourself when you reveal these feelings. Everyone knows that life is stressful and revealing that you're occasionally stressed as well is no weakness.
