saying men started wars theirfore the men that died in wars don't matter is like say Germans killed other Jewish Germans therfore jews can't be made about what happened in world War two. That's your interpretation coming from a biased point of view. You can't use men died more during wars than women as an argument because the system that set them up to their death was kept in power by men in the first place. Your analogy with nazi Germany is flawed as this isn't a debate on whether men die more …

He should have said NOTHING. Most of the wars around the world were initiated by those in power, the vast majority of which were men.
/r/MensRights20/11/22 09:11 PM

The person who mentioned troy as an example is in complete denial. Who caused those wars? Women because of troy... Yeah let's ignore the fact that women weren't even allowed to be in power during most of these wars.

Delusions that this sub is somehow important enough to get spammed in 90% of the posts in feminist subs, the same way that this sub promotes misogyny.
/r/MensRights20/11/22 12:20 AM

This subreddit is pretty much nonexistent. I've been in two feminist subs and it's barely even mentioned. But do keep revelling in your delusions.
/r/MensRights20/11/22 12:16 AM

Yeah you really have to search deep. REALLY deep because 90% of the posts are just the same old complaints about feminism.

Feminists are not hateful towards virgins. Anti feminists are because for them a person's worth is based solely on the amount of children they have. These people associate sex with one's purpose in life, and they have a twisted way of understanding the world around them. I'm a virgin. I've never been shamed by a feminist for claiming that I've never been in a relationship. But I've surely been called out for that, by guys who are my friends mind you. Guys who again think that one's life has no m…

I noticed that you called out the OP for being 14, but if we're being honest for someone who considers himself a grown up man, you really embarrassed yourself here.
/r/MensRights11/11/22 08:37 AM

Stop with that condescending attitude. The person just responded to your argument because it was flawed. You literally said that abortion shouldn't be such an easy accessible method and now you have the decency to tell people that they've lost. Also why the heck do the OP's past comments on reddit even matter? It's almost as if you can't actually debate and resort to personally attack other people.
/r/MensRights11/11/22 08:33 AM

Abortions should be allowed. The state has no business with these kinds of issues.

See? You are blaming men for all thats wrong through the concept of patriarchy, is the perfect excuse to hurt men. Ever heard of logic? I guess not. Women do all of that as much if not more than men do it, yet by naming it patriarchy, you end up saying ''is the same men''. Point being? And every feminist does it by valuing female suffering more than male suffering, as i mentioned, they feviently oppose and invest much more resoruces againts slut shaming, while they do nothing whatsoever or they …

It's real. The same men who support the idea that women belong to the kitchen while men should be the breadwinners, are the same people who shame other men for being single. No feminist does that.
/r/MensRights06/11/22 11:50 AM

but on the other hand it is taboo for men to NOT have sex, men are virgin shamed. Funny that the only people who shame men for being virgins are the ones who believe that patriarchy is the way to go.

That girl is clueless. Jordan Peterson has cried more times that I could count in front of camera. If a public figure who happened to be a woman would do the same, she would get the same reaction from the public. He's a guy that advocates for enforced monogamy, his ideology is dangerous so of course feminists won't accept that or anyone who thinks like he does. You don't get to force people to change their way of thinking and in that regard jp is dangerous.

That's not what feminism is doing to men. That guy simply has some personal issues and needs to visit a therapist ASAP. There are plenty of other men who think like that, and they only have themselves to blame for it.
/r/MensRights27/10/22 10:08 AM
-4

Most of the comments there were completely correct. Seeking out submissive traditional women is a way for some men to control them. Many of these men don't want a partner that could be considered an equal, but a submissive woman who needs them because she can't take care of herself otherwise. In short, these men aren't even looking for a genuine relationship. Control is all they care about.
/r/MensRights27/10/22 10:05 AM

There's nothing wrong with having high expectations. If a man isn't worth the effort, then he's only got himself to blame.

Studies about human behaviour are intrinsically flawed, because humans (especially women) lie. Assumption that one gender lies more than the other. The only "hard" statistics that you can come up with values not subject to human deceit and error are things like dating site stats, DNA stats etc where you are observing behaviour, not what people say/claim. So it can't be measured. That doesn't make asspulls right. Using the Pareto efficiency to describe relationships between humans is a bold ass a…
/r/MensRights07/10/22 10:21 PM

I have slept with over 100 women and have met thousands more. What is the sample size and how exactly did you come up with the Pareto numbers? My observations and those of people like me are more than enough to connect the dots before a formal study is done. No they're not. That's not how statistics work. Curb your autism you dork. Wrong thread?
/r/MensRights07/10/22 08:11 PM
1

Ah yes, because until an autist err scientist decides to do a study on it means that it's not observable and obvious It's not when you don't have hard facts. Personal experience is not considered evidence in this case.
/r/MensRights07/10/22 07:52 PM
1

Personal experience, and communicating with other men who have experienced similar. Doesn't sound like statistics to me. Just because you have a girlfriend/wife doesn't mean she wasn't fucking the same small handful of guys that the rest of her social group/town was fucking before you met Too many assumptions here. Maybe you should try go after the facts instead of what you want to believe.

"I got mine, screw you" is not an avenue to a stable civilisation, but a retreat back to primitive survival of the fittest. Nobody said that. Society is nothing more than a collection of individuals determined to achieve better things for everyone through combined effort: it just doesn't work if its every person for themselves. When you go to the store, do you pay the store clerk because you care about them? Or you pay them because you know that's the only way you're going to get what you need? …

Considering the 80/20 rule is real, and more like the 90/10 rule these days Who said so? Pareto efficiency? The theory that's questionable even in economics where it has its roots?

For some it's forced celibacy, for others it's walking away from a shitty deal. Or maybe they would be fine with a relationship, but simply happen to have other priorities.

To me judging all women as bad is just like saying all men are bad. If that’s how you want to live you are free to it but you don’t sound very happy to me. I wish you the best of luck. That's the most intelligent statement in this entire thread, even if it's supposed to be general knowledge that everyone should know.
/r/MensRights07/10/22 06:55 PM

Men lie just as much as women do. It's not a gender specific thing. I've seen a bunch of men manipulate women just as I've seen a bunch of women do the same thing. As long as you are able and willing to do it, that's all that matters. Gender is irrelevant here.

I didn't say it wasn't a big deal. But I don't consider it fair to the judged to say they banned abortion. They didn't, they did however practically ban it as a serious side-effect. Because they practically banned abortion in some of the states. Whether you like it or not they did and the only option some unfortunate women have now, is to get an airplane. Because iirc they ruled by the rule of law. Yeah sure. Approved by the supreme Court decades ago, and overturned NOW by the Bible.
/r/MensRights06/10/22 08:43 PM

The US overturned a ruling that enabled abortion. Not because they wanted to ban abortion, but because the ruling was deemed invalid. The conclusion was: the US could not constitutionally decide on this topic given the precedent that was under evaluation. Deemed invalid by people with no qualification whatsoever to evaluate it in the first place. The net result is a ban on a technicality depending on your state, but it wasn't banned. Oh yeah. Some women just need to go to another country dependi…

I've explained the ways in which they are equivalent and not equivalent which you have not refuted. I've already refuted the idea that paper abortions are equivalent to normal abortions but anyone with selective attention won't really think much about it.
/r/MensRights06/10/22 08:16 AM

However, they are equivalent in the sense that abortion and paper abortions allow the person to remove responsibility No they're not. The implication behind paper abortions is the idea that men should have the right to force women to have abortions. They're not equivalent at all.
/r/MensRights06/10/22 08:11 AM
-12

The article is spot on. “The notion of a ‘paper abortion’ represents an attempt by misogynist men’s rights activists to co-opt the language of the pro-choice movement, making a false equivalence between a woman’s right to bodily autonomy and men who simply want to rid themselves of financial responsibility for children they have fathered,”
/r/MensRights06/10/22 06:32 AM

Feminism isn't really such a bad thing. Some guys just want enforced monogamy. Someone needs to teach them that life is more than just getting laid.
/r/MensRights05/10/22 08:07 PM
2

But if patriarchy stops being a thing, won't single men be happy as well? Compared to now I mean. Because a reason as to why some men have depression and suicidal thoughts might be related to the fact that they consider getting married and having kids as the ultimate goal in life. However without patriarchy, that idea will be completely dismantled and I think those men will begin to understand that life is more than just marriage, kids or getting laid.

Not sure who that person is. I listened to the guy and he was using crabs and lobsters as an analogy to prove the theory of the alpha male in humans, which has already been debunked. Men did not create the emotionless narrative that’s a misconception. The only reason why that narrative exists is because that’s what women expected men to be. While there are mothers who tell their sons not to cry( I've seen that firsthand), it is exactly the patriarchy that contributes into such absurd ideas being a thing. And that system is being supported by most of the people in this sub. It’s gimpy dudes like you who would rather care about their ego instead of the bigger picture of what I…

They're not normal, you're right. Dr. Peterson is not your average man. But not normal does not necessarily have to mean pathological. /r/MensRights02/10/22 06:28 PM

You surely love taking things out of context. I was not talking about him losing credibility because of his religious statements. That might obviously be a factor. What I was talking about is that in one of the instances that he got emotional, he was literally talking about the tale of Abel. And that's what makes him lose credibility, for someone who supposedly helps people deal with depression.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 06:22 PM

Yeah they can, but when they do in completely random situations such as when talking about "God", not everyone will take them seriously.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 06:15 PM

This is why MRA’s exist because people like you who always diminish a man’s emotions. Yet I bet most people here still have the idea that men shouldn't show emotion. So just because someone cries it means they’re emotionally unstable? No that's not it. He's done it multiple times now, in front of camera, sometimes in totally random situations. And that's odd.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 06:08 PM

As long as you're not a public figure who talks about stuff they have no idea about and try to use pseudoscience to prove their point, I don't think anyone would have a problem with you crying. Also you shouldn't be a psychologist as that would kinda ruin your credibility.
/r/MensRights02/10/22 05:58 PM
-32

You're conflating two different things. Almost anyone who's heard about JP, knows that he has a history with breaking down in front of camera. The problem is not with Jordan getting emotional, but the fact that he is a clinical psychologist who supposedly helps people deal with depression, yet shows signs of emotional instability. Throw pseudoscience on top of that and what you get is an individual who's anything but credible.

In reply to your post - no, women should not be "forced" to act in one way or another. Human beings should not be forced to act in one way or another. True. Well this might be a shocker to some people, but the Japanese people are pretty much humans just like every other nationality in the planet. And guess what? Men also cheat on their wives. It happens in Japan. It happened to Risa Oribe a popular singer.

Men don't really care about a woman's social status while for women, high social status is one of the main things that they want a man to have. I'm not saying that there are no women who would want that, but generalising is very difficult as these women don't speak for half of the planet. Men that beat women have a whole different set of issues. A good and normal man doesn't become a woman beater over financial problems, and I've never heard of that happening although I won't rule out the possib…

A girl who's experienced bullying and ostracization by her peers in her youth would definitely be less likely to be socially adept and outgoing than a girl who hasn't, but trust me, most guys wouldn't care about that. Honestly, many guys prefer shy girls, me included. No guy in my school ever talked to her. My friend did because he felt pity, but that's it. If they found her attractive, probably it would have turned out differently. So yeah looks do matter for girls as well. Girls on the other h…

Alright not going to respond to the autism part as I have little to no knowledge on the topic, but I'll just say that that's a mental health issue, and if that applies to all "incels", we don't even need to use the label anymore. My point is that the post could simply have stated "people with mental health problems suffer a lot" instead of throwing the term incel and ending the post by claiming that women have it much better. There are tons of women who struggle with mental health. And I don't t…

The post and comments aren't really discussing how incels have the hardest lives out of anyone in the planet, because that's obviously not true and nobody's trying to say that it is. Maybe that's not what the OP was trying to address indeed, but the way they decided to put it made it seem so. On the other hand, maybe incels themselves do believe that they've got the most difficult lives out of everyone in the planet, judging by how they think there's nothing that could be done about them, and th…

The title of the post literally says that they're the ones suffering the most "in the purest sense" that's what I'm addressing. Unless it's a clickbait.

Well dunno about games but there are some anime/manga which contain misogynistic views. Tomodachi Game some examples 1)Guy tells girl "for someone who's not a virgin you sure seem innocent" as if not being a virgin is a crime 2) "This guy's experience with women has made him wary about them" this might be interpreted as if the said character had simply hooked up with the wrong women, but then you've got stuff like 3)"all women are capable of putting on an act to get what they want", (after this …

Oh yeah they're the group of people struggling the most. More than the war prisoners in Abu Ghraib, than Junko Furuta and definitely more than the kids in People's Temple. Incels are not the group suffering the most, rather they're the ones who think they are suffering the most.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
