1	A few things to understand about self-confidence I needed this, I’ve had very low self-esteem and confidence bc of difficulties in high school that I still carry w me two decades later. I’ve slowly built up my confidence and especially, sense of self-worth and self-love but- this is a constant practice. I tend to self abandon in relationships bc I tie my sense of self worth to my partner. But, I’m getting there. It helps to have these kinds of clear and lucid reminders.
