Yeah I learned this lesson in middleschool. If she's talking about other guys to you 95% of the time you're already friendzoned. If you do eventually fuck it's pretty much out of pity which is something girls rarely do.

There's definitely a lot of bad info go around in books too. A lot of the books I see people quoting here as far as seduction seem to have a one size fits all approach when it comes to women like because they do a certain thing that means a certain thing when it's not that simple. Trial and error is the best thing when it comes to human interaction, not like science, math,history books where everything is tested, has a formula, and widely regarded as fact.

I don't do full meditation, but I started working on my breathing while in high stress situations and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. Breathing in through my nose and paying attention to how it feels in my belly. If I close my eyes it works 10x better, but if I'm in a social situation just doing the breathing works fine for me. I honestly don't see how you're losing motivation though, it should do the opposite.

Pretty much the same hints she would give off if she were single. Flirting, certain facial expressions, overly touchy with you. But at the same time some women are good with sending mixed signals like crazy. Some maybe just like that and some girls just like teasing a guy they know they won't let hit, so there's not a definitive answer.

Idk man. I've seen guys that imo veered towards the ugly side of the scale and were still successful with girls. I've seen fat out of shape dudes with hot girls. These weren't some rich sugar daddy dudes either, just random joes working a regular job. There's always someone for somebody. The longer you wait the harder it'll be to recover.

You shouldn't feel bad in that situation. If you tried to approach it would turn into a pissing match and if you look weak or not confident they'd sense that and try to fight you or demean you in a passive aggressive way in front of the female to seem alpha. I'm not saying always only approach them while they're alone but if they got guys lined up like that don't beat yourself up over not talking to them at that point in time.

You don't need to but anyone saying that won't help is talking out their ass. Women instinctively want a guy that can take care of them and protect them. I had a similar situation in the past. Except for having an excuse she literally stood me up like 3 times. We weren't dating and these stand ups weren't like a waiting for the movies and she never shows up kinda thing. It was pretty much a booty call.
