Yes he beat the shit out of him in a public location in front of multiple witnesses. The prosecution offered him a deferred judgement which is an actual fucking lottery ticket. The guy beat the man pretty badly and spat on him. He also was offered NO JAIL TIME and a deferred judgement which would eliminate his felony if he completed probation. He took a stupid gamble and got what he deserves.

Well part of it was I knew what it was. She was 21 and I was 28 when we met. I was definitely looking for a LTR but I just kinda slid into that thing with her. She liked to party and play video games and binge watch shit. It was never intended to be a business transaction but thats all it was. It was fine and it was fun a lot of times but yeah. IIRC they were 1400 sq ft apartments. Very old lots of character if you're into that. Actual house hunting is often a nightmare time. The negotiating, endless looking for a house that works for your family, financing that doesn't always work out. Too many variables for HGTV to invest in filming couples actually going through that process as it can be long and deals can fall through too often. There really isn't any other way to do it for TV other than the phony way.
