I agree with you! It's because women are incompetent or liars. But my cousin is a male and he struggles with mental illness so I would prefer if you didn't say he was incompetent or a liar.

My cousin (male) tried to kill himself. Took a bunch of pills in the bath. Do you think he's incompetent or heartless and faked it? I understand belittling women over this but my cousin is a male and probably doesn't deserve to have such things said about him.

But following their line of thought. Kicking a man in the balls is attempted murder or even just murder, and it should be held in court as so. How is this the same logic? In one scenario, someone is dying. The woman giving birth. In your scenario no one is dying.
