I read somewhere that women are more likely to file for divorce because husbands are less likely to initiate the actual administrative task. So although the divorce may be a mutual decision, the wife is more likely to actually follow through on the process of paper work etc. Don’t know if there is any scientific backing behind that

You should watch the Stutz documentary on Netflix and do some research around life force. He recommends channeling your energy into you body, your mind and your soul. Here is an article summarising his points: https://www.netflix.com/tudum/articles/stutz-the-tools

I’m really happy you’re out of that situation but I have a very strong feeling you may need therapy to help work through some of the strong emotions you have built up right now. I would hate to see you fall deep down the manosphere pit. But also good luck for your next chapter! I hope it’s a really exciting happy one

I think the biggest skill any person can learn is the invaluable tool of critical thinking. Basically, the premise is to look beyond a specific situation and ask yourself 'why'. 'Why' is a very powerful question when trying to understand the determinants that lead an individual to make certain decisions in life. I'm going to focus on the abuse situation that you mentioned because I feel people have touched on the sexual side already. Social determinants are factors that influence men's and women…

Severe societal judgement for women having high body counts Rape culture and risk of murder making women feel less comfortable hooking up with complete randoms Risk of STI’s Risk of pregnancy. When did I doubt men who had been hurt by people in their life? i know lots of people who have been hurt in life that haven’t joined a cult. Ps. Not finding a girlfriend doesn’t count as being hurt by women either FYI. I’m shitting on people have been hurt, then actively try to hurt others. Do what you want, this is exredpill not red pill, so perhaps you’re in the wrong sub.

It’s literally is 😂 Negging, saying women shouldn’t have Instagram, cheating, being emotionally distant to increase women’s insecurities, telling women that are less valuable as they age… Also people who are abusive rarely start off abusive. They gradually become and sometimes it doesn’t start until they are locked down (pregnant, married or socially isolated from support systems). Your victim blaming is disgusting.

Yes well go to therapy and learn healthy coping strategies like healthy adults? Rather than channeling that hurt in to a hateful rhetoric and becoming abusive yourself. I’ve been hurt by people in the past numerous times and lord knows how awful my ex was to me. I don’t go and take that out every other man I meet. Ive learnt how to set better boundaries and respect myself enough to not tolerate toxic behaviour in my life. Sooner people in red pill get in your head women are literally individuals…

I’m confused? Having children is objectively the most unfair division of labour there is 😂 like it’s literally a fact, you seem very uneducated. Not that it’s anybodies fault but laws of nature. But how is the physical toll it takes on a women’s body, mental health (hormones), breast feeding possibly be fair? Then if you’re really lucky you’ll have a great partner who will take on a fair share of work once then children are born. However culturally this isn’t typically how that goes. Maybe read …

The thing is… you’re putting on an act that isn’t truly who you are. So the person you are dating isn’t falling for the real you - they are falling for the fake you you’re putting on, once the mask comes off they could feel like this isn’t the person I thought I was dating. Plus it’s not healthy to keep up a facade for that long (as you’ve discovered) My biggest advice is start how you plan to continue. I personally refuse to play games because that’s just not me. For me the personal biggest lie I was told that women develop strong emotional ties to men they have had sex with due to releases of hormones. I personally don’t feel any connection for any men that I’ve had sex with. I’ve been in love once before my current partner. But I know for a fact the love I feel for my partner now is 1000x times stronger than that. I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face, size does not correlate good sex for women. Unless they are very below average, I don’t factor this …

I’d also like to add racism to this list! Very specific tropes for black men. I can’t name one other industry where it is normalised and accepted to market under age “barely legal” sex of young girls (I don’t want to use women, because most people into this category prefer the look of girls, not women), racism, incest or violence against women (or men). “Kink shaming” has been packaged as a way to justify the sexualisation of exploiting women and minorities.

Honestly as corny as this advice is, literally treat every partner how you would want to be treated. Obviously with some minor exceptions (I.e you might not want a hug when your upset but your partner might appreciate that). But my golden rule in life is to do that. Don’t over complicate things. If you would like to be shown compassion and be cared for by a partner, you should do that same. We are all human and unique. Be yourself and the right person will love you for it. Don’t hide behind this…

I think it’s natural to have these feelings! I’m a women and if I wear my heart on my sleeve I over think it a lot, especially if the answer I receive wasn’t up to my expectation. I’ve done a lot of self reflection on this. My philosophy is if I have to hold back or not be myself to maintain a relationship with anybody (friend or SO) then it’s not the right relationship for me. I don’t think healthy relationships can form when one person NEEDS the other person. That’s were resentment and codependency grows. So I don’t think either man or woman should need somebody, but rather set their life up in a way that their SO compliments them and they can grow from there. In western society I don’t think anybody should truely need another unless for companionship, love, sex, starting a family, and all round happy moments ❤️

I don’t think that article helped you prove your point whatsoever. That article made the news because it’s a terrible reason to lose custody of your child over. They feel it’s hopeless to try because many man are spreading this false narrative that family courts favour women when that is not true or even statistically proven.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 06:37 PM

This is a dangerous misconception to be spreading for men. Men actually win in court more favourably for custody. The men who don’t win are the ones who can’t confirm “how much baby powder goes in to a bottle”, “name of the child’s doctor”, “name the child’s school teacher”. Basic questions every parent should know if you are an involved parent. spreading this rumour that men don’t do well in family court is dangerous because you are deterring fathers from trying. Thank you! So one thing I’ve noticed red pilled men get angry about is women going for “alpha males” who treat them like crap. I believe women understand the male gaze really well because it’s forced down our throats in media everyday. What about the female gaze do you find toxic?
/r/ExRedPill31/01/22 07:14 PM

What do you mean the female gaze is toxic? Have you googled the female gaze? It’s far less toxic than the male gaze. Focus very much on touch, atmosphere and interactions rather than purely physical. I think men struggle to see the perspective of the female gaze because it doesn’t allign with the male gaze. Doesn’t mean it is toxic

It’s interesting because if you look at the quality of life in countries where women are in positions of leadership, they rate higher in quality of life. So I’m not really sure what basis this is on. In fact countries with women in power had some of the best COVID-19 responses. Countries are best led with equal representation of both genders (as well as POC, LGBTQ and other minority representations), since the population is made of both men and women. This is a bit of a pet peeve for me. I’ve been on so many threads where girls are saying size doesn’t really matter (as long as they aren’t too extremes, really small or too big), and guys keep arguing with the women to say women do care. Ignoring peer reviewed studies because you think they are bias is crazy. Ignoring studies because they don’t align with your experience is what is bias. Don’t know what you want to hear? Do more research in to what disproves your beliefs than what proves your beliefs is key to critical review. Perhaps, but it definitely swings both ways. Men whose mothers didn’t love them or abandoned them also project these emotions on to women. But I think it’s far rarer for women to abandon their children so you might not see it as frequently. Either way, plenty of my friends whose fathers are not present have gone on to have great relationships so it’s differently a personal journey rather than a gender issue.

I think lots of women do like casual sex. They just don’t like they way men in society treat women who have casual sex. Single mother’s come from so many reasons. Married but divorced, father couldn’t handle it, she burnt out in the relationship so leaves, cheating, accidental pregnancy but not with the father, could be a widow etc. Can you explain your statistic “very small percentage of men make those single moms” to me?
/r/ExRedPill11/10/21 09:10 PM

Yeah I do this to guys. Don’t make eye contact because I’m worried they will think I’m flirting with them and try not to be overtly friendly unless I’m working customer service or sales. I am FDS and I agree. If both parties have clear expectations that it is purely casual and there won’t be a relationship, then you enter that hook up knowingly and can make a decision based on that knowledge. However lying and emotionally manipulating a girl in to sex under the guise of being interested in them romantically until they have sex with you then no longer being interested is disgusting behaviour. Shows they lack empathy and basic human decency. Happens to so many girls/women. The fac…

Try reading their handbook, a bit of everything on there. That will give more context to what FDS is like. I like FDS view that you can’t control or change how other people treat you, you only have control on what you allow as acceptable behaviour and how you respond to it. Not accepting bare minimum or bread crumbing behaviour by simply walking away with class is the best method. Well if you’re a LVM then what you doing trying to date? Value isn’t based on the looks your born with, so if you think you’re low value, how can you expect others to think you’re high value? Sorry I’ll get downvoted for this, but you aren’t entitled to have sex with women. Life deals people shitty hands sometimes but getting angry at people online because you can’t easily have sex with women isn’t going to do anything. Of course that would be tough, but honestly the way guys looking for casual hook ups view the women they are trying to sleep with, it’s doesn’t make me feel bad for them. The grass is greener on the other side, but nothing in the world can top an emotional genuine connection. Hooking up may seem great if you aren’t doing it, but it’s soulless. I know guys feel like hooking up is the measure of status and are always striving to have sex with as many girls as possible, but there is so much more to life and relationships than that. Sex without intimacy doesn’t satisfy you, or fill the soul. I think that’s why so many people have sex under the influence of drugs and …

I think when guys talk and think about women having a plethora of guys they are only thinking about beautiful women, and barely recognise what life is like for women who aren’t drop dead gorgeous, but still good people. It’s almost like average looking women aren’t acknowledged in this rhetoric. Of course I could be any guys human masterbation tool if I wanted to be. But after a few years of casual hook ups with good looking guys that don’t actually respect you, you learn that quality is FAR bet…

I’m my experience the guys that were more mediocre looking had a chip on their shoulder and were the least trust worthy and not faithful. A shred of female attention was crack to them and couldn’t help themselves. Maybe I’m bias but my partner now is very attractive and I believe he’s in a committed relationship with me because he truly wants to be, not because he feels like he has to settle otherwise he’ll be alone etc. obviously this does NOT apply to everyone, but whenever I’ve dated “down” i…

I’ve never felt so connected to a guy than when they have been vulnerable with me. My partner has cried in my arms about how he never felt he can show emotion as a child because his dad never game him space to, and I felt so connected and loved him so much in that moment. Those moments of vulnerability are the most beautiful to me, means the man I care about feels safe to talk to me. I’m studying to be a nurse so I have a very high capacity to take on others emotional baggage and I genuinely wan…

Dark times if there’s a large group of guys aspiring to be terrible people in the hopes of sleeping with as many women as possible. Often not respecting the women they are trying to sleep with. I hope people in this group have seen the light that the world would be a more beautiful happy place if everybody aimed to be the best version of themselves without the ulterior motive of tricking women.

My parents were exactly like yours. It was a very volatile household and us kids were always walking on egg shells so we didn’t set our mother off. This definitely carried on to my adult years, feeling responsible for everybody else’s emotions. They slightest sense of coldness or distance I would feel responsible and do whatever I can to fix the situation. Really made me an anxious person, mostly in relationships. I did a lot of research in to attachment styles which stem from childhood and that…

Obviously I’m not a guy, but I can’t understand why anybody would strive to be more aggressive, non-monogamous, selfish etc. why would somebody want to embody those characteristics? What an awful way to live your life and be as a human being. Surely that can bring nothing but misery to the people you’re around and yourself.

As a women, seeing older men with young women makes me feel creeped out, sad, and concerned. I don’t think young girls have enough life experience to stand up for themselves, get out of toxic or controlling situations etc, so power imbalances like that are deeply concerning for me. Also it’s just suuuuper gross seeing guys in their 40’s plus trying to seduce or date 18-25years olds. Also even in 30s trying to date somebody under 21 is deeply disturbing. Viewing these girls like trophies and prey…

I think the concept of ‘ride or die’ or unconditional romantic love is a dangerous concept. It opens the door for toxic, abusive or a the very least incompatible relationships. Everybody must bring something to the table in relationships, be it security, humour, affection, looks, stability etc. What is it about women that makes you love them unconditionally? Even dogs aren’t loved unconditionally.

Of course, but you can’t get your knicker in a wad over women commenting their perspective on it. They are quite literally providing their opinion on the question you asked?

I read the full comment thread you were referring to and I thought she offered some great thought provoking points to your original question. This group is a mosh of different ideologies and walks of life. I personally like to be amongst a group of guys who are actively working on their women negative beliefs and try and provided a women’s perspective on debates etc. Yes I might be a ‘raging feminist’ but it comes from a place of love and wanting a constructive debate. However, you can’t get ang…

Just theory, although I sure there will be lots of research to back this, but I feel like the amount of women who cheat would reduce dramatically if their partner met their emotional needs etc. not saying the women shouldn’t just leave, and she’s in the right whatsoever. But a lot of time the writing is on the wall a long time before it happens. I think the number of women cheating due to ‘physical urges’ is quite low

Lol no I just don’t see the point in delving in to it, i see your point but I am firm in my belief that women and men value different things and the fact that something doesn’t apply to everybody, doesn’t negate the fundamental truth. The fact that this article explains that women value emotional intelligence and kindness more resonates with me and my experience with every female I’ve had in my life. I don’t feel the need to argue that with a guy because you don’t get what you don’t get. Just li…

Of course, but stop listening to the minority and start listening to what women are beating their heads against a wall saying. By saying ‘not all women’ you’re disregarding the majority that have been saying this for years. If you look at the comments on this thread you have women agreeing and the guys saying it’s not true.

I tell you right now, guys posting photos flexing their muscles in front of a camera is a big reason I wouldn’t swipe with them. Doesn’t do anything for me. Seeing a guy do fun activities, happy, clothes on, dogs, kindness is like 10000% more attractive. Go ask some women what they think

It’s very emotive language but most don’t demand perfection, but at least an active and authentic effort towards improvement. My partner really struggles to talk about emotions or things like that, but he really tries. And the trying is what’s important to me. Just saying ‘well I’m not romantic take it or leave it’, I’ll choose to leave it. But if somebody WANTS to get better at something their partner cares about without having to be begged, that’s the holy grail. Just like I have zero interest…

It is a strange phenomenon. A lot of people tend to over look the biological need for women to hold on to weight to sustain healthy pregnancy. Biologically we retain weight and find it more difficult to lose fat because we are fighting an uphill battle of thousands of years of evolution. Hence why women who reach the ‘male desired’ weight often stop getting their period as carrying a baby to term is unlikely. So women drive themselves insane trying to lose those ‘extra pounds’ because their body…

I don’t think that obviously? That’s what’s rammed down girls throats through media and society. And yeah society isn’t equal, that’s a fact. 24 is the new old 😂 Obvious FDS is a venting platform and not even sentence is finished with “not all men” but it’s pretty obvious that it’s not all men. But when you have millions of women around the world sharing the same experiences you kind of have to accept that it may not be your reality, but it’s lots of others. I agree it must be hard to read as a …

Huh? I feel like you were just confirming my point in paragraphs two and three? I hardly see how advocating for girls to make sure the guys they sleep with are genuine and thoughtful people is in the same league as Nazi Germany. In fact that’s insulting to the victims of the Holocaust don’t you think? I’d hardly call FDS status quo either, so again not sure what you’re waffling on about there. I agree 100%. I think that’s why FDS has taken off, because it’s the only way women know how to take any shred of power in to their own hands. The concept of holding out sex or relationships on FDS has nothing to do with us women not having respect for ourselves, but rather holding guys more accountable. I could go and have sex with a stranger tomorrow and I won’t think of myself any less after it. However others will because that’s what society has taught us to do. Yes FDS is a harsh wake up ca…

Sorry jumping in to a random comment here. I’m the biggest advocator of women. In fact my biggest passion is women’s rights and am entering a career in women’s health. However I argue that I definitely do not have to support women, just because they are women. But I do 120% recognise that a lot of women’s behaviour and decisions is a result of sexism and patriarchy. Everybody will benefit when we all work together to destroy patriarchal beliefs. I’ll be the first person to fight tooth and nail f…

It’s never stopped me in the past, I don’t hold peoples past against them unless they’ve done something to hurt people. Ive been cheated on by past boyfriends and funnily enough they were the ones who I thought never would and weren’t promiscuous. But of course I can understand why women wouldn’t want to date somebody with a high body count. But if we really psychoanalysed the reason why each gender avoids potential partners with high sexual partners, they are probably for different reasons. Thi…

In terms of holding out sex, I have FDS views on this for multiple reasons. It’s a facade to believe we live in a equal world, because we don’t. Sad reality is if women put out sex, they are viewed as whores. No matter how much we try to recapture our sexual sides, the harsh truth is both men AND women have subconscious bias negative views on women who have lots of sex. Women are viewed as a depreciating asset for relationships when it comes to ‘high body counts’. As much as we try and act like …

Flashback moment to my teenage years. I dunno if this is a New Zealand term, but boys used to ask girls if they were “fridget”. Then usually followed up with a “prove your not fridget”. Some fucked up twisted reason you would end up making out or letting this dweeb touch you or you him, just to prove your not fridget. I want to smash my head against a wall thinking about the guys that coerced girls in to a sexual act by calling them fridget, only to then be labeled a slut to all their mates when…
