Hmm well I'm talking more about let's say your walking down the street and you've spotted an attractive chic but she hasn't even seen you yet so there's no way your going to get any IOI's if she doesn't even know you exist. But ideally we shouldn't really need IOI's anyways since we are supposed to approach if we are interested period, right?
