Stop Fighting for Equality. Start Fighting for Men's AdvancementRead your post. Gonna initially be hard on you. Sorry man, can't take what you said seriously if you don't get basic historical facts right. You're right about one thing, a mindset change is needed in men's rights groups. One that values what's true before pushing a self-oriented agenda. Example 1. Maternal custody bias is a leftover from 19th century "Tender Years" policies. Feminists didn't push for it. Ironically second wave feminism advocated against it and pushed for shared care, not men's … | /r/MensRights | 31/12/25 04:57 AM
Federal Agency Urges White men to file discrimination claims in anti-DEI escalationIt may be what everyday people already do in practice but it's a poor basis for politics or law. I would gladly fight for your and my rights based on individual value and involuntary personal characteristics which you didn't create and have no say in. Fighting for rights based on "group identity" characteristics is a recipe for disaster. A lot of pushback against DEI overreach falls into the same trap of identity politics just from the opposite direction | /r/MensRights | 20/12/25 03:51 PM
| -8 | Federal Agency Urges White men to file discrimination claims in anti-DEI escalationGonna have a rant. Don't know u guys personally, and I assume you've got some genuine grievances but when I see posts like this I worry for men's rights movements. If we hate identitarian politics why the hell are we engaging in it to score victories? Worse, the study linked in comments paints a very different picture to what you guys are saying. Best case, I'll assume you haven't really read it or didn't understand it. Worst case, you're misrepresenting it to win political points. If the latter… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/25 12:39 PM |
Manipulation & Machiavellian Traits in Women: How to Stop it for GoodGood read. Thanks for sharing | /r/seduction | 10/12/25 10:49 PM
What was your "red pill" moment? Thanks. Dunno about smart but definitely a glutton for punishment. Pain is a good teacher | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 05:33 AM
What was your "red pill" moment?I notice many contradictions. Men have real issues. Woman have real issues. I never advocate that people should accept contradictions or falsehoods. But humans be humans. Many male vs female online spaces have devolved because of the dynamics of online interactions. The internet amplifies our worst traits. We're all fighting for our own self-interests. I DO advocate for creating a balance in yourself and finding a way to listen to the strongest form of an opposing argument. It's the best way to … | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 04:32 AM
Why is the majority Reddit opinion overwhelmingly feminist? That's ok. Labels are amorphous | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 01:00 AM
What was your "red pill" moment?I'm with you. Redpills leave a bitter aftertaste after a few years of chugging them down | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 12:47 AM
Why is the majority Reddit opinion overwhelmingly feminist?I'll check it out. Important to be open. Can't preach what I don't practice. I'll let you know this ain't my first rodeo tho. I had the opposite conversion journey to most guys here. Started in manosphere early 20's, became disillusioned by the mindset and contradictory reasoning of many pro-male advocates. Became pro-feminist later adulthood after doing psych degree. Now in my 40's... Still, I'll have a look at the site. Thanks | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 12:43 AM
| -3 | Why is the majority Reddit opinion overwhelmingly feminist?I'll start over. How do you define feminism and how do you see it in opposition to your interests? I genuinely want to hear it | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 12:10 AM |
What was your "red pill" moment?I'll do you one better. I entered the manosphere as a young adult and became pro-feminist later. I'm still pro-mens rights because I believe it's essential to a healthy society. I've been on the receiving end of personal abuse in relationships from women. I have female friends and family who've been abused or assaulted by guys. No one is immune to toxic behaviour. But we need to not be trapped in our victim experiences. We gain nothing by putting people down and need to keep being open to listen… | /r/MensRights | 06/05/25 12:02 AM
| -16 | Why is the majority Reddit opinion overwhelmingly feminist?I'm a humanist and BOTH pro-feminist and pro-meninist. Too many people treat human rights as a zero-sum game, which just results in everyone competing to 'race to the bottom'. In practice though, that just means my opinions are as equally unpopular here as they are in the feminist sub. But I think both approaches are necessary for a healthy society and the biggest drawback of social media is everyone's lack of constructive comms. Everyone wants to be heard but few do the hard work of listening | /r/MensRights | 05/05/25 10:56 PM |
Mainstream attacks on the "manosphere" are reaching a fever pitchHey, I'm not your enemy. I'm divorced and been on the receiving end of misandric assumptions plenty of times. I'll say again there's nothing inherently toxic in masculinity. Yet I still think your argument is flawed. If you want me to explain why without it turning into a Reddit post war, let me know. Otherwise, all the best man | /r/MensRights | 13/03/25 12:03 AM
Mainstream attacks on the "manosphere" are reaching a fever pitchRead the article you linked. Disagree with your take. You omitted some key lines that don't fit your critique "As an antidote to this, boys and young men need to be encouraged to feel good about their maleness in whatever way they choose to express it..." "As men, let’s do everything we can to model positive masculinity to boys and young men as a way to help them to feel proud of themselves and their gender..." Seems the writers don't believe "toxicity" is inherent in masculinity. Expect they'd … | /r/MensRights | 12/03/25 11:24 AM
Text Game Life HackNo probs man. You do u. Sounds like u don't need vid calls. I prefer them, or in person. Do way better than texting 😂 | /r/seduction | 01/05/24 12:25 AM
Text Game Life HackHappens more after meeting in person but had them occasionally from online apps. Yeah you need to have already built rapport. Doesn't work on women who show no interest. | /r/seduction | 29/04/24 10:05 PM
What to do when she goes coldGreat post. Most of this applies to long term relationships too. Resilience is always attractive. I came out of exclusive dating someone for a year and she pulled the pin. Fell right into the trap of begging her to stay and sure enough she bolted even faster. Neediness is the quickest relationship killer around. It's hard in stressful moments of loss aversion, but always work on looking after yourself! | /r/seduction | 04/04/24 04:31 PM
Don't try to get her interested, attraction is about excitementYou're right in a sense, of course you can use other approaches and still get laid. But if that's all you got out of this post then I'd say you got the memo but missed the message | /r/seduction | 27/10/19 12:58 AM
Don't try to get her interested, attraction is about excitementThat was an awesome read. It's basically mindfulness 24/7. The kind of perspective I wish this community had more of. Thanks for sharing! | /r/seduction | 27/10/19 12:49 AM
'Inner game' - Long-term mental framesYeah agreed. I remember for a while having an attitude of trying to avoid the friendzone and how that became a hindrance in itself... Gee who'da thunk viewing woman as implied achievements/projects more than just people would have a negative effect? It's funny how pick up culture gives people plenty of material but can make us just as blind. Thanks for commenting! | /r/seduction | 15/10/19 06:03 AM
