This is a brilliant post and deserves a lot of attention. What's with all these paradigm shifting posts lately? I feel like TRP as a whole tends to go through the five phases of swallowing the pill: the phase that the board is as a whole corresponds to the phase of the newbies, or the phase of the majority at any point in time.
