Age is a number. One of the biggest mistakes in my career was obsessing over age; both mine and the girls I was with. A bit of perspective I can give you from someone in their 40's. When I was in my 20's I had a few girlfriends in the 18-22 yo range. All shitheads, all fucked me over in one way or another, cheated, stole money, etc. And what did I hear from friends/family? "See what you get for dating young girls?" Guess what. I looked them up a few years ago. Every single one was still a loser.…

I learned this the hard way. In my early 20's I hooked up with multiple girls in that age group that had boyfriends that had proposed to them. In some cases, multiple times. Really eye-opening experience for me!

If there is one skill you need to master, it is this mindset. Will this guarantee you get that girl? Probably not. Will you be more likely to be successful with women in general? Absolutely. Will being more successful with women, in general, make you more likely to get a specific one? Absolutely. It's all about abundance.

This used to drive me crazy when I was younger. Woman would pursue me right until I was 'on the hook', at which point they seemed to immediately lose interest. And if I told them off, they got interested again! In a nutshell, women want what they can't have. It's better to walk away then to chase. Don't seem needy and they will chase you.

Easiest thing in the world for you, honey. Sign up for this website and tell them exactly what you are looking for. https://www.seeking.com/ And you will get it, I promise. And get money, gifts, etc. The more reasonable the requests the better the offers, i.e. don't be a gold digger.

Invisalign, keto, moisturizer. Do social media, even if you don't like it. Tinder, bumble and hinge. Keep your sex and social life seperate. Everybody is a cock-blocker these days.

Used to happen to me all the time (and I was always butthurt about it). Here's my current playbook. Have an abundance mindset, don't let them take advantage of you and play the field. Your SMV goes up when you are in the company of attractive women, it's that simple. If they cheat with you, they will cheat on you. Guaranteed. It's very unlikely I would pursue a relationship with a woman that I met in this manner. As long as you display high SMV, are a gentleman and provide value, there is always…

I used to be like you, particularly in my early 20's. Here's how you get over it. You are in a college town and probably not old enough to drink. Just get in the habit of going out every day and being social. Once you can drink, find a list of daily happy hours and go out every day you can and just have one drink. Make it a point to talk to a female bartender. Don't be creepy or sexual, just be friendly.

Well, yeah the thing is that being emotionally tied to lifestyle choices is the path to ruin.
/r/seduction22/02/19 12:40 AM

You tell her you don't eat any meat and she starts laughing at you. How do you react? This is why you shouldn't be hung up on lifestyle choices. For example, I'm stick keto largely due to having something called complex carbohydrate intolerance. I.e., I eat rice/potatoes/etc and and I get bloated and miserable. But would I mention that? Probably not, unless she was cooking. And even then I would be honest and say that any more than a small portion will make me sick. If a girl freaked out because…

Really solid post. Highlights how the "FriendZone" is a good thing provided you have an abundance mentality. If she goes to Jelly School, fire dat ho, doe.

Yup, very important mindset. If they aren't biting, just move on. More than once Ive had them reach out later after a breakup. It's just part of the game.

Really depends on the woman and everyone is different. I've written about this here before, but every time I made a girl choose between me and their weak-ass pushover beta boyfriend, I lost. I mean, I didn't get them in the relationship sense, but they did cheat on their SO with me. Girls, especially younger ones, want to date a guy they can cheat on relatively guilt and risk free.
/r/seduction21/02/19 12:00 AM

I say this about the seduction industry a lot. What the 'gurus' are writing about is the psychological projection of their sexual fantasies. It's how they want women to behave, not how they actually do.

I personally would not get married in California unless the woman made more money then me, or at least owned some property. Otherwise its not worth the risk. I've broken up with multiple women due to them wanting an arrangement like that. Not for me.
/r/seduction19/02/19 08:53 PM

I wouldn't say that. The simple reality is that good guys with good jobs are what is scarce. I've written about this here before, but I've avoided marriage to a few 9-10's simply because I didn't like their particular shit tests. If you have high SMV then you have the pick of the litter.

Depends on the setting. If you know the girl through friends, school or work, that is a real risk. People gossip in those settings, so I personally would take care. If it's just some random person, go for it. Even if she puts you in the creepy bucket, who cares. Anyway, one of the best pieces of advice Ive heard is to not be creepy, but risk it. That's a good frame to be in.

What drives me batty about this board is the idea that women, especially attractive ones, go through their life just waiting for some dork to spit lines at them. Like it is going to make her day. The reality is that these women are recipients of both clumsy approaches and outright sexual harassment, all day every day. Which is why they react negatively to clumsy approaches, like in OPs example. The fact that we see posts of '100+ failed approaches' indicates this process doesn't work and the ind…
/r/seduction14/02/19 04:45 PM

My point is simply that if you are getting bounced like OP, you are doing something wrong. That never happens to me personally, as I can see it coming and just organically move away.

Yeah almost like cold approaches are bad or something.
/r/seduction14/02/19 05:00 AM

This is wrong on so many levels it defies belief. You build confidence by working on your fundamentals. School, gym, hobbies, works, etc. Leave the girls out of it. Getting kicked in the teeth doesn't build confidence at all, trust me. On the contrary, because I possess both knowledge and empathy, I can tell organically if women want to be approached. It isn't rocket science and to make matters worse I am on the spectrum. Just pay a attention a bit and don't 'bust' a circle or move in uninvited.…

To each his own, bub. I haven't had a hard bounce in years and even then it was my own fault because I was drunk. I mean, FFS, have some freakin' manners and human decency. Be a Gentleman first.

What if someone simply doesn't notice any ioi's when they go out? Then they should either have a good time by themselves, with their friends or go home. Happens to me all the time and it's fine. This is why you do a warm approach. Make eye contact and smile. If they respond in kind, approach. It's that simple.
/r/seduction11/02/19 10:49 PM
1

Confident people don't act like OP. They are out to have a good time, that's it. That attitude attracts women organically.
/r/seduction11/02/19 10:09 PM
1

If you are confident you are going to be outcome independent and not cold approaching a bunch of poor girls that are simply trying to have a girls night out. Leave them alone. I see girls like this every time I go out, I always respect their space. If they want to engage I can tell and I know if I went and got in their space I would get a hard bounce. You shouldn't approach unless you have some sort of 'in'.

Indicators of interest.
/r/seduction11/02/19 06:08 PM

How about you try starting the set with confidence so you don't need to bother the poor girls in the first place? It's just rude. Girls act like that because of clumsy approaches, which just make it more difficult for the rest of us.
/r/seduction11/02/19 06:08 PM

Guys, don't cold approach. Especially in clubs when the girls are sitting down or otherwise engaged. You are going to get hard bounced, guaranteed. Be warm and approachable. Look for IoIs and then make your move.

One of my big revelations after 25+ years of this stuff, is that everyone is different. Men and woman alike. Myself personally, I'm happy being in a committed relationship and never have a desire to cheat. Particularly if the woman is attractive. I had such a hard time with girls when I was younger I really don't take them for granted. Plus, if you are really in love with someone the sex is literally an order-of-magnitude better. This is why people get married, even. Sex without love is essentia…

Almost always drama with other girls/guys. They want me to stop gaming before they break up with their shitty boyfriend (nope). They are butthurt because I had sex with one or more of their friends (while they were in a LTR no less). They make it a point to be excessively sexual with other guys in front of me (the jealousy shit test, which is the worst IMHO. Who wants to marry a ho?). Etc. I'm my age and single I'm convinced simply because I hit the eject button when this happens. Too much drama…

This happens. I had a few girlfriends in my 20's that I know turned down marriage proposals in favor of the 'thot life'. I don't judge and everyone is different, but that's how it goes.

If anything, make yourself seem wanted by every girl. Be charismatic, be funny, be flirty. Do NOT sleep around with anyone she knows, but make it seem like you could if you wanted to. Then swoop in, show her some interest and make her feel special, but don't come on too strong and be clingy. This is it in a nutshell. It's also how I characterize the "friendzone", but maybe I should work on my taxonomy a bit if that's a loaded term. I don't actually say "friendzone", btw. In fact, I have specific…

That's 'oneitis' and is bad. You can't be guaranteed to get one specific girl. Will my process make it more likely you get 'a' girl? Yes. Will being more likely to get 'a' girl make it more likely to get 'the' girl? Yes. It's a numbers game.

I've hooked up with several women that I had known for years in various contexts. The usual case was they were in a relationship and we were 'friends with tension' as I like to call it. I will say that I have 'fired' a few women who gave me the 'just friends' speech and then gave me grief for seeing other girls. Basically, treating me like a boyfriend. In fact, I'll usually flat-out proposition them at that point "Hey, take me off the market hotshot!" and then DQ them if the don't move. I've it …

You should friendzone her. Then see what happens. And you should friendzone 100 other girls too. Every single one you meet, actually.

Yup. That's the secret. Then they are in your frame, you have the first move and they have to qualify themselves to you.

Probably not the advice anyone wants to hear, but you can only prevent it. Not get out of it. Best way to prevent it, go out and talk to girls every single day. This builds an abundance mentality and innocolates you from oneitis. Oneitis is not a 'thing'. It's a lack of abundance.

Just FYI, when I was in my 20's I had a girl reject me after breaking up with her fiance. Here rationale was "I just want to go to the club every night and make out with every hot guy there. Forever." Dog will hunt. Myself personally? I would go to a different club/bar and have a good time.

Dude, I'm really sorry. Fire these people from your life. I put up with this shit for years, to the point that I ended up leading double lives and keeping girlfriends and friends seperate. Ultimately it came to a head and I had to fire people and cut them out of my life completely for various reasons. And I absolutely regret not doing it sooner. I'm much better off now. And the reason why advice like this doesn’t quote studies is because the science around dating and is pretty much non existent. ‘Experts’ are guys like myself who’ve been in this scene for almost 2 decades learning what works out there in the field. It absolutely is not. My entire system is based on literal "game" theory, in the scientific sense. Relationships are a 'non-zero-sum' game, where both parties can win lose or draw. We called you guys "Keyboard Cowboys" back in 2005. You write reams of documentation from your parents basement, based entirely on what you imagine relationships with women are like. What you wrote here is your sexual fantasy, an abundance of women that are just dying for you to make a move on them. It's so obvious its painful. The reality is that if a man is "friendzoned" it's because he wanted... A physical relationship with a woman. An emotional relationship with a woman. AND she did not feel…

Whatever, dude. For the record, if people follow your advice they are not going to get 'friendzoned'. They are going to get fired, meaning the girl isn't going to want to have any sort of relationship with them at all because they know they have an agenda now and they are not going to feel comfortable with them. Girls really don't 'friendzone' guys, they just cut them off.

No I have not. I've heard all this crap, multiple times, from multiple women, in multiple contexts. And you know what? They are all single moms now. Women that say/think stuff like this are low value and to be honest, it shows what kind of women you have experience with. You need to work on your SMV. In fact, if you are getting "friendzoned" by the woman is because you moved to fast and before she was ready to be intimate with you. I mean, that's the literal definition of it. I've literally neve…

I don't agree with any of this. If you have abundance you should be the one 'friendzoning' girls and they should be qualifying themselves to you. I've been trying to get married for 25 years. Absolutely! As someone that was around when this got started 20 years ago, the landscape has changed dramatically. Whereas it was maybe 50/50 fundamentals/game in the 90's, now its more like 80/20. Game is still critical for closing the deal, but the fundamentals are way more important these days. When you hear all the sob stories here, its cause their basics are shit. Be the best version of yourself and the women will come to you.
/r/seduction31/01/19 07:47 PM

Used to be like that, now I'm not. The 'secret sauce' is an abundance mentality and outcome independence. To build both, talk to as many attractive women as you possibly can. Hot bartenders are a good start. Don't hit on them or run game, just talk to them. Every single day. Soon it just becomes routine.

I was/am in the same boat. Not all women are like this, but a lot are. Maybe even most; meaning that they will cheat left and right while looking for a husband. They usually settle down when they find one. The solution to this is to have an abundance mentality and have as many as these girls on your 'plate' as you can. I'm like this as well, in fact its the foundation of my system. I put them in the 'friendzone' and its up to them to qualify themselves to me. I also do it with every attractive, adult and available (meaning willing to engage with me, not single or straight) woman I meet. This builds the abundance mentality and will help you in the long term. Personally, I just think you aren't meeting enough women. Get on tinder, bumble, hinge and instagram and get moving.

This is always a sore subject for me. I've been of the opinion that everyone, man and woman alike, should decide what they want and then stick to it. It drove me crazy when I was younger when I met women that had a boyfriend that they bitched about constantly and cheated on. Hey, don't have a boyfriend then. Same thing with married men that cheat.

I used to be like you. Now I'm not. Wish I could tell you why. To be honest, I think a lot of had to do with getting a job at a University and moving to a hip urban environment. I see so many young girls every single day they just became part of the landscape after awhile. That is abundance. If you are not in that situation (I wasn't in my early 20's), its rough. All you can do is move.

One of my favorite anecdotes from my glory days was hearing about a '40 year old virgin' guy that had decided to just check out and take his own life. However, he had saved up a lot of money and had reached out to one of my peers in the scene that he wanted to 'go out with a bang' and do some sex/drug tourism in Mexico. My friend of course tried to talk him out it, but figured hey maybe if I show this guy a good time he'll reconsider. Sure enough, after 30 days of booze, blow and brown hookers, …

As someone in their 40's, let me clue you in on something. Almost all attractive women in a relationship will 'cheat' with guys they find attractive in this way. Long stares, walking slowly by them, playing with their hair, putting on lipstick in front of you, looking at your crotch/butt, light touching, getting nipple erections, etc. This happens to me with the majority of the attractive married women I've worked with. Its simply an expression of their sexuality, which is especially titillating…

I talk about this occasionally, in my early 20's I hooked up with a co-worker that had a boyfriend that had proposed to her multiple times. In addition to having at least a dozen 'beta orbiters' in the wings. You know what ultimately happened? She rejected me (brutally), dumped her boyfriend and decided she just wanted to be a club whore and suck a different dick every weekend in Manhattan. Again, I do not know where this meme about women wanting relationships and marriage comes from. Maybe some…

The absolute worst experiences I had were with co-workers, ex's and PUA drama in my social circle. Had a co-worker cheat on her boyfriend with me and it blew up into drama of epic proportions when her friend blabbed about to everyone in the office. Had a mentally ill girl my friend fucked and dumped roofie me and put me in the ER. The absolute hottest girl I ever dated, who was an easy ten (and expressed interest in marrying me!) dumped me when she found out I had a ONS with her best friend. And…

The average 22 year old girl has twice as many sexual partners as the average 22 year old guy. Think about that for a moment.

Absolutely. Women understand the value of abundance instinctively.

A big one for me, keep your sex and social/professional life seperate. So no risk of sexual harassment issues, cock blocking, or any other such nonsense. Wish I understood this earlier.

you have some sort of fear, anxiety or pain related to women, I talk about this all the time. It's a phobia. I know it was for me. What helped me out was just going out daily and talking to girls in non-threatening environments. Like friendly bartenders and servers. Problem solved.

Also where you live is key. Here is San Diego, it's a massive urban sprawl with lots of siloed communities all over the place. I live in one of the 'hip' ones, so I meet lots of women that are excited to come hang out and have a local show them around.

Remember I'm in my 40's, so I'm getting mostly age 30-50 women looking for something. Either sex or a relationship. The few 20-somethings I get are usually serious too. The flakes/trolls don't bother with me for whatever reason.

Thanks for posting this, I've been struggling to put into words how I do business these days. That's really it. For example, on NYE I got my margarita and while walking back to my table a pretty simply smiled and 'cheered' me with her glass. I smiled back and invited her to hang out with us. Simple as that. That's the 'warm' approach in a nutshell.

Those are the girls you are matching with (hookers and trolls). I'm matching with girls that want to have sex with me. This is why the Tinder experience is so different for so many people.

I mean, happened to me a few months ago. Got bounced and was butthurt about it and just wanted to check out. Went to our local cigar bar instead, lit up a stogie and drank three too many double IPAs. Gorged on cheap Chinese food and then passed the fuck out. Was fine the next day.

I just do kettlebells currently, up to 45lbs, no room for anything else. In my area the gyms are filled with mostly gay guys/girls, so no point trying to pick up anyone there. No guarantee the chicks don't have dicks, either.

Learned this the hard way. I know you feel that you are dead to the world and just want to be alone. Curl up and die. Don't. Get up, get showered, get dressed and go out. It's amazing how fast this blows the cobwebs out.

Not me, bruv. I work out at home. Like I said, I don't do day game, cold approaches or anything else that might appear thirsty. As you have observed, it doesn't work. Now, mind you, I will fuck your THOT, along with everyone else, while you are on deployment. Here in San Diego it's practically a way of life, to the point that I don't even bother with military wives given what an easy lay they are.

I guess I have a nuanced approach. I'm all about the warm approach. Make eye contact, get a smile in response, say 'whats up' and move in for more. For day game I'll let them make the first move. Too risky these days otherwise. I would rather miss the opportunity and the drama.
/r/seduction18/01/19 06:48 PM

Well, I look like I'm in my 30's, sounds like you do to so that's the first thing. I mostly stick to 'party' margarita bars in my area and just talk to people. Don't make it sexual and just be friendly/funny. Play the field. Everyone there is looking to have a good time, in fact you'll often find older (gray hair) couples there talking to college kids, so its all fun. Soooo, all young people have herpes? And HPV and HIV. And gonorrhea and syphilis. I support users in the healthcare space and there has been a marked increase in STDs in urban areas due to the Tinder phenomenon. It's definitely cultural and primarily affecting the poorer demographic, so I don't think you would see it among STEM grads. In fact, we are a big STEM school and our kids are not like that. But go to State, the city or the boondocks and its a different story.
/r/seduction18/01/19 05:51 PM

You must not deal with many young people these days. It starts with a hook-up, then FWB, then after awhile a discussion about whether to make it "official" or not. The girl will have had sex with a dozen guys in the interim.
/r/seduction18/01/19 04:59 PM

No way, bro. White-knighting implies I was trying to get with her, which I was not. I was fine with this, btw. Like I said I just knew her from the neighborhood. I also told her that if I could leave with another girl I would do it, which I did multiple times, no problem.
/r/seduction18/01/19 04:57 PM

I was just thinking about this, actually. I don't personally consider snark and banter a 'shit test'. What I'm talking about is when guys post here about girls being mean, saying they have a boyfriend, etc. They just want you to leave them alone, that's not a shit test.
/r/seduction18/01/19 12:38 PM

In this context? Absolutely not. I mean, I'm talking about married co-workers, for example. It's all about subtlety, making the connection and making it clear non-verbally/physically that there is interest and opportunity for escalation, should the opportunity to arise. Making an emotional connection. In one case, it was a girl I knew from the neighborhood that "friendzoned" me in the sense that she actually used those words. Yeah, in fact the main reason I'm single is that tend to date a lot of hot women, they tend to test me and I tend to dump them for it. "Oh, you got drunk and made out with your new shift manager? Who is married with kids? No problem, I'll delete your number. Hope you two are happy together."

So, basically my entire playbook is built around "making a connection" and getting that spark with every girl I meet that is "AAA". That is adult (18+), attractive (7+) and available (willing to engage, does not have to be single or straight). So basically getting that 'zing' reaction and then friend-zoning them on my terms, regardless of how I know them. They could be my best friends boss, co-worker, wife or daughter for all I care. "Shit Tests" as they are described in the PUA community really don't exist. She just doesn't like your scrub ass and is making that clear. A real shit test is when you are already dating a girl they are trying to decide both whether or not you are a keeper and what they can get away with.

Dude. Wut. I've written about this in other contexts, but the absolute hottest sex I've ever had in my life is from girls I had known for months/years in some sort of informal or "forbidden fruit" arrangement. Now I admit I always felt a 'zing' when I first met these girls, but we absolutely didn't hook up at first. Edit: I will say Tinder is probably not the best place to look for this sort of experience.

Biggest mistake I made was just hiding from the world and not dating more when I was in my 20's. Really screwed everything up for a long time. I would say you are in the ideal position to be building an abundance mentality and dating as many women as you possibly can. I hate to break it to you, but girls in that age bracket seem to naturally "get it" and want dick a lot more than commitment. Turns out, in your early 30's, girls want to marry the guy that is not fucking all their friends. And will actively dump your ass for doing stuff like this. So lesson learned. In my experience, real 'shit' tests happen when you are already in some sort of relationship and they are just seeing both what they can get away with and how you react to them. Hopefully you find your stride someday. Dude, if I have one problem is that I have too much abundance. I pull women organically and there is absolutely no shortage of available women in San Diego. Especially Asians and Latinas, both of which I am fans of. I'm not assuming anything if someone comes here and says they have had something like 100+ failed approaches. Yes, but I don't actively go for them. One of my sticking points in my 30's was that I was obsessed with age (both mine an others), to the point that it was causing issues. The way I addressed this was to have an abundance mentality, be outcome independent and "Friendzone" any girl I meet that is 'AAA'. Which is ... This is why I don't recommend doing cold approaches. I also personally think its rude. For example, when coaching guys I've used an example scenario like the following. Imagine you home sick from work with a stomach bug and you are just out for a minute to get some Pedialyte (or whatever) at your local drug store. So you are already having a bad day. Now, while you are trying to find it, or waiting in line, or whatever, some fugly girl starts really clumsily hitting on you. Of course its not goi…

This is both true and easier said then done. I will say it's easier than ever to have an abundance mindset given social media and tinder/bumble/hinge. I remember in my early 20s literally crying myself to sleep because I hadn't even talked to a girl my own age in over a year. It can be awful if you are trapped in a situation like that.
/r/seduction10/01/19 09:21 PM

Wow super technical conversation at this point. First of all, you can always elevate a platonic relationship to sex. However, if that's all you want then you should be escalating immediately. Regardless of outcome. Play the field and keep moving. If you want a more long term, balanced approach you need to be a little more sedate.
/r/seduction10/01/19 04:11 AM

I say this all the time when I hear about 100+ failed approaches. If your fundamentals are garbage don't be surprised if everything else fails after.

Oh yeah, that's a great point. I always say that 'self awareness' is a fundamental of pickup, so you are completely out of it and picking your nose or something that isn't great either. Yeah it's really more about getting out of your own head and being socially aware, but not paranoid.

I've had a 100% success rate with manual G spot stimulation. It's just not very romantic, especially when using latex gloves to keep it sanitary. Again, if the girl lets me do it she will get off. Some are just not into it for whatever reason.

The best advice I heard from him was "risk creepy" -- when picking up women, sometimes you may or may not come across as creepy. Ideally you don't, but you need to risk it. This is a good one. Ive asked about 20 girls for their instagram in the last few months. Got turned down only twice and one was from an older and not very attractive woman. Don't be overtly sexual though, not worth the risk in my opinion.

Never really understood this debate. Some women are simply 'multi-orgasmic' by nature and will easily orgasm regardless of what the man is/isn't doing. One girl I dated came multiple times every single time I had sex with her (including and especially anal, which she was crazy about). Other women are 'frigid' and will have difficulty regardless of partner. Dated a few like this, unfortunately. Abundance! Online is crucial when you are older and dealing with professional women. It's not an either/or thing. Play the field. And like I said, I don't do clubs. So I need to make up for that to a certain extent.

45 but look like i'm in my 30s. You remind me of myself at your age, obsessed with the same. Just let it go. For example, I had all these rules like I wouldn't date a girl under 28. /r/seduction04/12/18 05:51 PM

Easiest thing in the world. Ask them out on a date (or flat-out ask for sex) and be absolutely clear what you intentions are. Don't bring up sex if you are in an office environment, though. If they get mad, they are 'fake flirting'. They get mad because you just took their power/frame away from them.
/r/seduction03/12/18 09:12 PM
2

Two comments: 1) It's likely that you are more into the girls with higher SMV, which makes them harder to 'get'. That's just the nature of the game. 2) As others have said, abundance, abundance and more abundance. Keep pursuing other women, even if it's just something lightweight like Tinder. Save oneitis for when you get married.

A. Think positive. Those were at least opportunities to close, missed or otherwise. And you could have gotten her pregnant, beat up by a jealous lover, an STD or any of a number of other bits of drama. B. I use it as motivation to both make and take advantage of more opportunities in the future.

I typically ask girls for their Instagram instead of their number these days. You can find out a lot about them (like if they have a boyfriend) and see if they follow you back. Plus the messenger is really good, it lets you delete messages you already sent and has an integrated gify search. It's pretty rare for me to get turned down, only happened twice with 30+ adds. Couple points from someone with 25+ years in the game... 1) It's better to hit the eject button sooner rather than later. Or how much better it feels to just go for it and then move on, immediately. 2) I dated/chased several girls that were under 25 back in the day that were miserable, abusive, cheating, manipulative and entitled bitches. Alpha Male : Someone that knows who they are, doesn't just agree to be nice, stands up for himself, isn't easily offended, has abundance, is confident in who they are their values and morals etc. Yup. Being shitty to women is Omega territory, not Alpha or Beta.

Either it’s because she’s not kidding around when she says she doesn’t date, which is demonstrably true. Went through the exact same scenario. The girl decided she wanted the 'whore' lifestyle and simply didn't want a boyfriend. Which happens. Edit: She may be asexual or a lesbian as well.

Not an option. Unless she rejects me. I hope you understand that the odds are very close to 100% that she is going to reject you. Everything so far that you've described is in your head. Remember scope, frame, abundance and outcome independence. First of all, anyone can be more successful at this in real life. I'm living proof of that. For example, I was at a conference in Vancouver last week and got a server/bartender (who was an easy 9-10) to give me her Instagram. This is despite her having a boyfriend. I played absolutely stellar game, lightly negged her about her glasses (called her a nerd) made mad eye contact and was confident and assertive. I'm 6'4" and held perfect post…

You sound like I used to be, a long time ago. The best solution is an abundance mentality, I'll explain what that is and how to obtain it. Forget about relationships. It's amazing how you see the same sticking points over and over in this sub. Really helps identify them in your own space. You should be outcome independent and have an abundance mindset. You should be meeting so many women that a few flakes will not matter (abundance) and when they do it doesn't bother you (outcome independent).
/r/seduction07/11/18 04:13 PM

Do both. Play the field. Get on Tinder and approach. I will say, in the SJW culture I can imagine cold approaching in the scope of what might be called a "Safe Space" could blow up in your face. FYI.

Ugh. That's a good question. I prefer women that have their shit together. Career, good credit, pay rent, etc. And nice, I'm done with high-maintenance abusive hos. If that makes a chick 'beta', then I guess its what I want. I personally consider gold-diggers as garbage (omegas), they are female neck-beards as far as I'm concerned. Don't care how they look, plus I'm not rich so why even bother?
/r/seduction06/11/18 05:40 PM

Oh, absolutely not. When I was 24 I went out one time with one female co-worker and it exploded into possibly the most awful experience of my life. Ultimately I had to call her boyfriend up and tell him to tell her to stay away from me or I was going to file a sexual harassment complaint against her. She was legit severely mentally ill. But yeah, I agree. Lots of people need to just be 'DQ'ed' and fired for abusive behavior, which is hard to do effectively if you have to see them every day.

Early thirties is the absolute killing fields and it almost wrecked me personally. The reason being, there is something about women aged ~28 that causes their internal switches to flip and they are really aggressively looking for someone stable to settle down with. So if you have a high "mature" SMV (in shape, well dressed, good job, good personality), then you will have your pick of the litter. Speaking from experience, most 'AAA' girls will DQ you for being a man slut. So it's up to you to make a decision what you want, bar whores or HBs. I will say that you are young and people have short memories, so if you stop doing it and actively cultivate a more mature persona people are going to forget. And if someone keeps bringing it up, you need to 'fire' them from your social circle and make new friends.

That was a big lesson learned from my early days. Girls in their teens/20's want the Alpha. Always. You want the hot girl? "Creepiness" is simply attention (usually of a sexual nature) from an undesirable suitor. You can solve this by either being desirable, denying women attention or simply both. I talk about this a lot. If you get 'friendzoned' it's because you let her control the narrative. Don't do that. You friendzone her instead. She is in your frame now and you are in control. Think about it for a second. Same result but it's on your terms and you are not butthurt about it.

That entire argument/viewpoint is wrong. It's both. It's 80/20 fundamentals/game. If it isn't, please explain how people got laid before the whole PUA thing. Or look at the post here about the hot guy that banged a different HB every day via tinder and zero effort. The example I often give from my 'larval' days was that I would have attractive women come up to me in bars/clubs in 1990's and ask for a cigarette (you could smoke indoors back then). I would tell them I didn't smoke and to ask someo…

Dude, I was on alt.seduction.fast in 1998. A lot has changed since then. It used to be brutally difficult to meet girls, particularly ones that were DTF. I mean, it took me hours just to get ready and get to NYC, a not insignificant cash investment and there was literally no guarantee you would make any progress with girls at all. Oh, no cell phones either. You had to carry a 'black book' and write down girls names and home phone numbers. It's not a matter of believing anything. I was there, dud…

Indeed. Remember, the '90s-'00s version of Tinder was nightclubs. It was the same thing, except the good looking guys just stood there and waited for girls to approach them. Then they took whichever one they liked home. Mystery's thing was more a matter of figuring out to navigate those waters if you were only 'average' looking. So a lot of that era was about 'peacocking' and technical game.
/r/seduction04/10/18 05:37 PM
1

It's 80/20 fundamentals/game. If you have bad fundamentals most/all women are going to DQ you immediately in a cold approach. All the game in the world won't save you. In a warm approach (meeting through friends, for example), you can make progress you wouldn't be able to otherwise.
/r/seduction04/10/18 05:10 PM

Tinder has made a lot of PUA techniques irrelevant, if you are young and at least reasonably photogenic. It essentially automates the approach/DQ phase. I know (male) millennial social media whores that probably do better than Mystery ever did, without even trying.

Do you think she would cheat again? Cheating is a compulsive behavior. People that do it will continue to do it, regardless of the consequences (or if they even enjoy it). It's much more about control and abuse (of your trust) than its about her feelings for the other person. If she really liked him she would just break up with you and go out with him.

I'll actually recommend giving the girls a lightweight 'shit test' test of their own and making a point to actively try and pickup girls in front of her. If she gets jealous, respond with an incredulous "I thought we were just friends?" and see where it goes from there. I've also had a few cases where myself bailing on the relationship was the catalyst they needed to escalate, but it's absolutely not guaranteed.
/r/seduction02/10/18 09:02 PM
2

Yup. In fact, I recommend putting her there first so it's in your 'frame' and she's the one that needs to get out of it. As mentioned, you must create an abundance and continue to see other women. Some women will 'collect' men and if she starts getting jealous either attempt an escalation or escape. Don't try and stay friends with her at that point, as the relationship is toxic. Remember, you have 'zero' chance with her if you get butthurt and bail early or try and close before she is ready. And…

My point is that I haven't really experienced 'shit tests' in this context (first approach). In my experience, if a girl is into you she makes it fairly clear and isn't going to try and throw you off balance. I mean, why would she do that? Would you give a 'shit test' to a girl you were interested in? Why the gender gap? The reality is girls, especially attractive ones, are hit on by clumsy dorks all the time and they have automatic responses to this behavior. It's not test, it's a rejection. An…

So glad someone spoke up and said this. The frequency of 'shit tests' is massively overstated here and for the record, girls that really do something like that you are not going to want to be with anyway. Think about it, do you 'really' want a girl that is going to be testing you constantly, or someone that is actually mature, trusting and kind? My experience with most adult women is that they simply don't do this. They will either ignore you or politely (at first) tell you to go away. If they a…

You have heard of Tinder, right? If you want to meet people IRL, find the LGBT area of LA (West Hollywood FTW) and start hanging around straight-friendly clubs/bars. Fuck high school, try to focus on yourself and don’t try to impress girls, they’ll see you don’t care and only be more interested. Good idea in general, idea++ in High School and College. Focus on expanding your social circles and work on warm approaches. Way more effective in my experience.

The problem I think you're having is you're abandoning the "frame" that originally attracted the girl. This is the mistake and the one I most wish I had some awareness of when I started dating. From my POV these girls were chasing me and lost interest as soon as I started paying attention to them. It was infuriating to say the least. Fixing it is easier said than done; however I can say that at least being aware of the problem goes a long way. As mentioned, having an abundance mentality and bala…

Agree 100%. Alcohol abuse ruined more approaches, sets and relationships than I care to admit. "Liquid courage" is rarely a good thing and is more likely to make you overconfident and miss social queues. Long-term alcohol abuse will definitely increase your 'creep factor' and put women off. I'm currently abstaining while on a strict keto diet. Once I get the weight off I will try to drink socially within reasonable limits, but if I start binging again I'm going to quit for good.

I don't get it. The Tinder girls are more likely to be DTF, so that's about it I think. You are going to have to put an extra effort in for the other ones. How about this, when you see a girl at the gym or club, why don't you pretend you met them via Tinder? I guess I don't see what the diff. is.

Abundance In All Things. Have a life outside of her, especially involving other girls. My thing about the ONS, is that in my (albeit limited) experience with them I really felt that the girl had made up her mind ahead of time about having sex that night. Don't see why this could hurt, as long as you pursue other options. I would limit the texts to just a few per day per girl. Don't spend more than five minutes of attention on any single one.

Uh, I'm 45 and look like I'm in my 30s. It's a combination of genetics, lifestyle and about $50 of product a month. Girls in their 20s tend to dig guys in their 30s anyway, if anything they are impressed I look as good as I do when they find out my age. Best advice, don't smoke and stay out of the sun.

Really disappointed by all the negative responses here. It's like /r/incel is leaking. Please read what the young lady is really saying and consider the value of a 'warm' approach that results in a mutual benefit for all parties. I'll point out that I've dated girls like this and I did it by building a positive emotional relationship with them first. If the approach is 'cold' don't be surprised if the response is the same. I'll admit I get less numbers and sex than many in the community, however…

I saw an infield of the famous 'mystery' where he was getting blown out by hot young college girls! he eventually done well with a girl later on, but she was much older. I talk about this video all the time. I live in a college area and when you see a cluster of girls like that, its a 'ladies night out' and most/all have boyfriends. They cluster like that specifically to avoid being hassled by guys and to support their girlfriends if they are. Now, I mean, its possible to slide in on the side an…

I would say it's the Paredo Principle (80/20) rule. It's a nuanced discussion because there is a positive feedback loop from the 20%->80%. So good game theory builds self-awareness/confidence.

+1 to this. I can read positive, negative and neutral IoI's like a book at this point. My biggest problem is figuring out what to do when I get positive IoI from a girl in the drama 'danger zone' (under 25). That's always a delicate line to walk. Women in their 30's are usually pretty great in that they don't play games and are more straightforward. They also don't as a rule try to stab you in heart as they are leaving. I'm really focusing on health/wellness at the moment and am dropping tons of…

I'll say this a lot, but the reality is girls sleep with guys for all sorts of reasons. But TBH what you mentioned is the primary one. I'm six-four and at least average looking, some girls dig tall guys and I'll get the occasional layup ("hey tall, dark and handsome"). I've also had girls call me gross, though. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'll also mention that I have a friend that was big in San Diego club scene in the 1990's. He was a gym rat and looked like a professional body build…

I'm also coming to terms with the reality that my binge drinking really fucked up my game/life in lots of ways. I had more than a few breakups/embarrassments/rejections as a side effect of it. Really impairs my judgement in a negative way and massively increases the 'creep' factor. I'm going to try drinking socially again when I get down to my target weight, but if I start binging again I think I'm done for good. Edit: K3wp == Coop , btw! Fun user name!

I think of it as switching between active and passive mode for pick-up. I'm in 'passive' mode right now, which means I'm focused on my keto diet, abstaining from booze, hitting my target weight, paying down debt and working on some career stuff. I'm still running my playbook any chance I get (i.e. "day game"). When I hit my target weight I'm going to setup tinder/bumble profiles, buy some new clothes and start drinking socially again. Dude, get on Tinder and Bumble and see what happens. There are going to be a fair amount of 40+ women that are divorced and looking for something. They are usually less drama prone than the younguns, too.

This is exactly my approach (the 'zero state' or 'anti-game' method). If you want to know why girls don't return your texts after giving you their number, it's because they have been programmed by all the guys before you to just give it out to shut them up. So of course they ignore your text and most likely delete your number the next day. It's because they have been trained to do it. Instead, focus on making an emotional connection and positive impression. Get in her head. Make her want to come…

It's mostly the latter but everyone can do things to make themselves more attractive to the opposite sex. I remember watching some hidden camera PUA competition with Mystery, he was just bombing left and right with groups of college girls. Then he soloed some older chick and she was obviously into whatever he was selling. In fact, she seemed to be ignoring his 'game' because her mind was already made up.

And lawd save me from those girls who need someone to do everything for them, while apparently their role in the interaction is to just show up. The sex isn't even good in that situation so I am so over it. I've gotten to the point where someone's appearance becomes ugly to me if they set off some of these red flags. Negative reinforcement, I guess. :P What really changed my perspective was seeing what these women become in their (late) 30's. A bunch of divorced, single, miserable bankrupt hags.…

In any case, it sounds like you're kind of mythologizing these high maintenance girls. For my money, if there are any girls in your past that would have been mistakes to let go, they're probably on the less flashy side. I mean, one looked like an Asian Barbie Doll. She was hard to get over. But relying on being perceived as non-threatening can backfire if it means you're coming off as someone who's not interested or who is asexual and then later on a bait and switch occurs. A lot of my approach is based on set and setting, being over 40 and a 'regular' in my uptown neighborhood. So avoiding drama and 'cat scratches' (the dreaded 'ew', 'gross' or the 'c-word') is my #1 priority. So I'll happily miss opportunities to be on the safe side. Another benefit of experience is that I can ve…

It's not the age gap as much as you not being able to drink legally. Since he just turned 21 he's going to want to be hitting the bar scene, with or without a date in tow. Don't bother taking the risk with a fake ID, you will be 21 soon enough.

The only difference is that now the people who don't like you will use your age as an excuse to explain why to themselves or others. This should be in the FAQ/sidebar or something. Really applies to just about anything you have no control over, like skin color, ethnicity or height.

Dude I felt the same (from New Jersey). But TBH it's rough down here. If you are not wealthy its tough to be competitive and while the women are hot they are also almost uniformly high maintenance. Lots of divorces and broken hearts in the male community. If you are under 30, the beach and urban communities would be amazing for PUA. Nice weather year round for day/night game and lots of tourists.

Maybe it's a generational thing (I'm over 40). For me personally I always want to make the IRL connection first before social media (dating apps being an exception). Facebook is for old friends and family primarily. Anyways, I hear what you are saying but if you want to the avoid the 'ew, wtf are u' response try talking to them in person first. There is one absolute golden rule for all social media. Do not ever try and add (or even follow) a girl unless you ask her first in person. Otherwise you are just another creeper/lurker. Celebrities being an exception, of course. For everyone else, make a personal connection first.

I'm really not; in fact I'm on a brutal keto diet because I put on about 50 pounds over the last two years due to stress. Just getting back into the game now. Personally I'm just not a big fan of clubs. I've been saying this since the 1990's. Clubs == Cancer. Fuck. Clubs. The music is awful and the people are worse. "Average" guys expecting to pickup girls there are about as likely to be successful as an average guy trying out for the NBA. I guess I'm spoiled because I live in an urban/college area and look like I'm in my 30's (I'm 45). So I tend to get just enough 'attention', even if it's just a smile, a hello or a little finger stroke, to keep myself motivated. I understand that not everyone enjoys these circumstances, as well as the painful reality that it will not last forever. The downside is that I got so much attention in my 30's I let a lot of opportunities go that in retrospect I probably should have pursued. A 'perfect …

Second thing: those people don't matter for shit. Even when you were younger, some people liked you and some didn't. The only difference is that now the people who don't like you will use your age as an excuse to explain why to themselves or others. It doesn't matter and doesn't mean you shouldn't socially interact/game anymore. I have a buddy who is in his 50s and I saw how it worked for him. Some didn't like him, some did. That's the trick (and it isn't easy). If you are worried about her dating another guy, that's the problem right there. Remember, you are taking sex and relationships off the table. You are focusing entirely on making and maintaining that emotional connection, while also being emotionally independent on her. The goal is to not care who she is dating. And for the record, especially when dealing with young, attractive women, their idea of 'dating' is very fluid. I personally wouldn't care if she ha…

Never understood comments like this based on my personal past experience. Very close to 100% of my sexual encounters in my late teens/twenties were with young women with a boyfriend that had proposed to them at least once. That wanted to get married, settle down and start a family. The girls, on the other hand, apparently wanted dick. And lots of it, from lots of different guys, in various body orifices. Think of it like a challenge. You are going to connect emotionally with every attractive woman you meet. That is step 1. Step 2 is you are going to maintain emotional independence from her. You are not going to be dependent on her attention to feel good about herself. I know this isn't easy, btw. I fail at step 2 when the girl is AAA at times.

I'm in my 40's and this is why I think 'hookup' apps like Tinder are brilliant. You aren't trying to find your dream girl or future wife. You are just casting as wide a net as possible and seeing what you can pull in. They are just tools to help you polish your game, no more no less. Even just chatting with the girls is good practice. I can't answer to RSDTyler's approach, because I personally would rather do without than lower my standards. But to each his own.

That is exactly what I'm talking about. There is something called "learned helplessness", which is one of the roots of depression. If you never get laid you are going to sink into depression and then have a hard time digging your way out of it. There is a popular story in the psychological community about a middle-aged virgin that decided he was going to commit suicide. But before he did, he decided to spend a few grand on cocaine and hookers, so he would "go out with a bang!". Turns out after f…

You are framing it wrong. You should be doing those things regardless of whether or not you end up having sex. Take sex (and dating/relationships) off the table. Expecting sex as a result is entitlement. Btw, this is one of the reasons I'm in favor of legal prostitution. I think a lot of guys would be better off getting a high-end prostitute a few times a year instead of suffering endless rejection.

This is for myself, but I've found it's helpful to put together a 'playbook' of rules of engagement that are agreeable to you and stick with it. Me personally, three texts without a response == dismissal and deletion of the number. At this point I don't even think twice about it. I wouldn't text more than once in a day unless it was urgent and I would suggest texts #2-3 be funny. Most girls do it for the attention. The over-30 professional women I interact with are much more honest with their intentions. One of the many benefits of dating older women, I'll add! I will say that being able to filter out the genuine interest from the noise is one of the better skills to acquire. Another is to ignore them, especially when other guys give them attention. I've found that this can trigger real desire in some cases.

I'm six four and when I'm in shape I'll often get some positive attention from girls that simply dig tall guys. A couple things I've noticed. Just because a chick is 'eye fucking' you, doesn't mean hooking up with her is going to be a layup. Just a bit of perspective from my past. I had a 'HB' live-in girlfriend in my 20's (during the days of AOL Instant Messenger). Would really depend on the circumstances; but as I've always said as promiscuity rises interest will decline from any man with decent self-esteem. What really blows me away about the under 30 crowd of women is that they as a group do not seem to have figured this out. If you want to keep a man, you need to make him the center of your attention.

(Just posted this in another thread, I think it's fine as long you establish rules for yourself.) I'll identify myself as a "pickup artist", albeit a fairly lightweight and modest one. I'm much more about forming positive emotional relationships with women than getting laid or having a girlfriend.
