2	This Article Will Infuriate You The article didn't infuriate me, as I have more self control than that, but it was stupid as fuck. A calorie absolutely is a calorie. This article is on about some "memory water" shit. Once sugar is converted into glycogen it literally is just a molecule and does not store any information whatsoever regarding whether it came from cake, rice, or fruit.
