Today, game developers shoehorn female soldiers in WW2 games, unabashedly erasing men's coerced sacrifice from popular culture, all for money. Yeah the plot and feminism just made every part with holdo unbearable, as well as all of the ones with rose. I really don't care about any of this, except that the blatant feminism in star wars was only an issue in episode 8, 7 and rogue one were fine. It's also not the only issue with episode 8, the plot direction and pacing were absolute shit. Not trying to argue, just trying to clarify that the issues are primarily episode 8, and feminism was only an issue with holdo and rose.
