Yeah for me, I guess part of the appeal was the opportunity to practice red pill tactics with someone who knew me prior to discovering them. That's what I meant by temptation, i think myself and others would be intrigued by the idea of returning to "the scene of the crime" armed with new knowledge. Seeing the results of holding frame when she pressed for an ltr and even just dealing with her without being emotionally attached was eye opening for me. Yet I can see how easy it would be for someone…

You're right on that part, I absolutely fucked up on that, I also probably should've worded the title differently. I was definitely picking some low hanging fruit by entertaining her, it was entirely too easy though given the circumstances which is why I should've avoided it.

Of course, however, the post is aimed at guys who think that they can reform their ex for a LTR using red pill game. I've often read that you shouldn't plate ex's but, I think it can be done, you just have to hold frame and avoid falling back into old patterns.

A decent woman?!? Sounds like you're looking for the one bro, take some time to evaluate the tenants of the red pill before you consider a LTR. Remember AWALT, any woman given the opportunity to pursue her hypergamous inclinations will actively hamster her way into justifying her actions. It doesn't matter how honest you are or how much integrity you display. They're always looking for the "upgrade" even if it's all in their mind....

This is major key, looking back at my previous ltr before discovering TRP, I realize that it was alpha frame (though unbeknownst to me at the time) that allowed me to score her in the first place, over time as I got comfortable in the ltr, the undesirable blue pill beta traits took over. Women are constantly struggling for power and while you may be able to recover from one defeat, put too many losses in frame together and the damage is irrevocable.
