You just need to push your jaw out a little bit , you can fake it . But can get caught at the of eating . And if you have good facial aesthetics apart from Jawline only then i think , growing a little beard and building neck/traps muscle will compensate . Otherwise go for surgery , if you feel that way , their is nothing wrong in it .

Do edging and little jelquing , jelquing really help me . And with contract your Pelvic muscle so hard that it will sore(i dont know the word) your dick for a small time , just practice edging and use thick condom while sex , and treat sex like a normal thing dont get anixious . No alot of time we just walk , and we look at some people walking down the street and we get carried away by their charm . We wish to go for them and ask their number or for drink or something .
