I suffered stalling earlier than what those programs expect from you, probably because of the exhausting BJJ-training and maybe not the optimal diet. But I don't fucking like it, I want a loving relationship similar to what for example, our grandparents and their parents experienced. So in that sense I absolutely want an LTR.
