I didn't regret it even when I almost fainted once or got injured. Shit happens, I tried my best. I healed and I kept going.

You assume the whole world is the US (like Americans usually do), but not every country has so much land as you.

Without subsidies, people will reproduce to the level they can sustain Japan? No, they do not. Monopolies are not inherently bad Of course they're not inherntly bad, but they're also not neccessarily good, I'm sure we can agree that they don't serve your intrests or care about you as a regular citizen. but they'd almost never form in a free market, it isn't possible because people have too great an incentive to compete even with giants, if there's money to be made. I really doubt that, if one co…

You can't just become a farmer, you don't have land and equipment (huge invesment) and of course knowledge, you're born into it. You want to buy land? sorry already owned by corporations / other farmers and they're not selling.

Without subsidies everyone will want to live in the big city where there are jobs and the rest of the country will stay barren, the big city will crawl with traffic jams, crime, over population and deficit because of all the infrastrucure all of these people need. The government needs to interrupt sometimes, monopolies are not your friends and the market can go haywire. Also some countries are fucked no matter what the government does, like India, most of their cities are overpopulated shitholes…

And yet in many countries over population and high pop density are causing a lot of problems.

I'll check it out thanks. Although it looks like there's mostly business related groups near me.

Hmm from a quick search I see there a lot of old people in running clubs. I'll check the others later, thanks for the ideas. Also, what happens if you try to pick up X in the group but she rejects you or have a boyfriend? It's going to be a little awkward to stay in this group no? And if you stay, it would be even more awkward if you try to pick up Y in that group don't you think?

Yeah I know, I also made a fake account just to check my competition, it's crazy. How the hell they can even choose who to speak to out of the hundreds of messages? Just the tallest and most attractive ones in the pictures? What happened to "looks doesn't really matter for women"? I also see a lot of dead accounts of girls who were pretty new, so I can guess they too think the site suck. The problem is, how am I supposed to find this student who doesn't study where I am or this girl that like to…

LOL so ironic, unfortunately I'm not from the US nor an English speaking country, there aren't many redittors here.

Museums here just have boring pictures, nothing really interesting to see so I doubt anyone in her 20s will go there. I commented about the others in my other comment. What if I'll exhaust those options?

We don't have a lot of book stores here and those that we do have are either really crammed and have no room to move in or not really have anyone my age, or mostly empty. Libraries are pretty deserted too or full of kids, it's rare to see people read books nowadays, I too mostly read online now and if I do happen to have a book it's most likely technical and related to what I study. Coffee shops? Isn't that a little rude to approach someone out of the blue? What if she's just waiting for someone…

But what if I'm not looking for girls that smoke and drink and party all the time, but more educated (preferably students like me or graduates), nerdy and that like to go and be in nature, how am I supposed to find these kind of girls? They'll probably won't be at the bar on the weekend and neither do I.
