What I would suggest is a balance between collectivism and individualism. The US, for ecample, is suffering from extreme levels of individualism and gynocentrism. Those alone could be dealt with, but because there are so many factors at play that have led to where the country is today, pushes for individualism have evolved into the self destructive structure we see today.

College or trade school. Whichever is more functional to not only their needs and desires, but also whether they know what they want or not. College and Trade schools are incredibly effective for those who know exactly what they want to be. Unfortunately there aren't trade schools for all majors/paths. Having gone to college right out of highschool, I would've benefited from going to JC to determine what I really wanted and mature somewhat before going to blow 50k a year in college loans fucking…
