He did exactly what first aid courses tell you to do. AED kits often include scissors for that purpose. The woman herself in that story thanked him. Btw: the survival rate of women is lower than men partially because men hesitate to touch women who are strangers. And when you have a heart failure, every second counts.

I know plenty of “ugly” men who have options. Are they giving the girl they think are a 1 to 3 physically a chance even though she has a 10 personality? They could easily be with her but will they? Sexual attraction matters. Being a nice or good person doesn't make you sexually attractive.

I agree with most of what you said, but almost all women (especially attractive ones) will not pursue you unless you are rich, famous or they want something from you (transactional relationship). They'll "drop hints" and hope that you come to them so that they can play their games. Oh I stopped doing that shit a long time ago. It's not worth it. I don't even need women in my life and realizing that made me much happier. Felt like a weight off my shoulders. I will not live my life according to their rules and I do not need their drama and interference in my life.
