9	Wealthy man hides past to find a good girl = Liar. Slut hides past to find beta provider= OK. Doctors can refuse to perform any elective procedure that they feel like. Issue is in 10 (or more) years some percentage that have it performed will turn around and say 'Hey I want kids'. Difficult to see the source of bleeding (if there is one) due to lighting but I wouldn't be surprised if this is at least semi-legit. Scalp/face wounds bleed like crazy because they're highly vascular so you don't need a big/deep cut to get a 'dramatic' amount of blood. The ptosis (eyelid drop) lends a bit of credibility to his claim and is likely secondary to swelling. 1	[Example] Eye-opening Backpacking in Europe I'm not suggesting taking HGH, I'm just saying as a medical student that HGH could explain the soft tissue enlargement. Feel your wrists right now, all they are is bones, tendons, a few nerves, some vessels and some subcutaneous tissue. Managers/owners know that the best places have the best looking women (and guys generally follow wherever the women are) so they'll do anything to get these women to attend the club (free cover/drinks is fairly common). At least 50% of women that order from you will briefly try and flirt with you then ask for a discount/free stuff.
