The Red Pill advocates physical fitness and lifting. Naturally your chest will puff out from becoming fit, not be an act. The Red Pill advocates abundance and plate spinning. Opening up to women only gave me problems when I was needy, when they were the only one and when I was looking to them for validation. Naturally your personality, habits and the way you carry yourself will change as you fix yourself up. You do not need to put on an act.

Sure feminists and soy boys rule in the media - digital media especially. I don't think they have power over us like they would a celebrity or public official. In fact feminist/soy boy BP opinion is a great way to separate chaff from wheat. No one worth your time is going to challenge you for having a younger girlfriend, and undeniable biology is going to work in your favour with the relationship.

No amount of eating or anything else for that matter gives the same rush of lifting. Anyone not lifting is missing out. For the record, I buy books to feel better.

Awesome input. Remember my comment was a video summary (of what I thought was most noteworthy of course). Video says avoid grains. According to the video several tests with soy. Soy based protein powder vs whey protein. Soy reduced testosterone levels, whilst it increased with whey after working out. The other challenge is that, according to the video, many soy products are highly processed and have higher concentrations of estrogen-like substances. I think you've got a good rule to avoid proces…

Problem testosterone disruptors are rife in everyday goods - from plastic bottles (milk, water), thermal paper on receipts to birth control and pesticides entering the water system. All in all there has been a significant drop worldwide in testosterone in men. US water treatment facilities do not adequately filter many of the disruptors. The EPA has failed to ban many known disruptors and there is inadequate research on many materials that may be disruptive. Why does it matter? Testosterone leve…

Cold approach often doesn't work for me but I'm 6ft 4 so I'm mistaken for a serial killer... well theyre not wrong ;) What does work is clubs, meetups and moving fast. Busy, casual MeetUps are good, get to them 5-10mins early and take a seat near the entrance but not desparately so. My success is mostly with girls purposefully sitting close to me and showing high interest then my game takes it from there (first mover advantage) or opening at the end of a meetup (last mover advantage) - now that …

I dont bother with it myself. Girls treat guys on those apps like third rate motherfuckers. Plates sometimes get messages on bumble when we're fucking. Girls on tinder etc are usually getting fucked by guys they met out and about and using online as an outlet for something else or to meet a desparate need. Not denying it isn't possible, just my thoughts and experience. Try Hinge if you really want to do online stuff tho.

Not in Manhattan, the numbers are declining state wide and I sure aint finished spinning plates anytime soon. But sure, in any area that's poorer there will be a high amount of religious folks.

Posts like this are just shit. Doesn't provide anyone value. Just outrage.

Very TradCon post. I don't think embracing the old ways could work or even help the USA or anywhere in the West. It's best we enjoy the decline. I believe the cause of the decline is incredibly high living standards enabling women live like and perceive themselves as queens and behave accordingly. Most males dont become get past behaving like boyish little princes. The males who become men live like kings and behave accordingly. The queeny women get spurned because of the cognitive dissonance - …

I don't want this to read as an attack but why post this? How does this help anyone grow? The only takeaway from a post like this is outrage. I don't think it helps anyone here with self-betterment or growth or breaking free. Rather it agitates, distracts and creates noise. I get it: India is a shithole, twitter is a shithole, women want attention, women are manipulative, people sidestep issues, people often have their mind made up already, the supporters are subject to the sunk cost fallacy so …

Hence why they talk about them. It's like a broad whinging about her bf to one of her friendzoned beta orbiter emotional tampons yet still fucks him. All publicity is good publicity.

Depends on what you like. Clubs are fun if you're going there for fun not thirst. I solo clubs - make friends inside to wing me and sometimes it works out. If it doesnt... well I haven't spent much and I had a good time anyway. Outcome indifference - just don't expect the emotional tolls of women being a goal help out with maintaining outcome indifference.

Outside of the club I wouldn't pursue things for the sake of women... it's a fleeting experience that will turn you into a dilettante. Whatever hobbies you choose - they are for you and you alone to find out but they all share in common one thing: you are going there for yourself. What I will say is just go to stuff. Events. Use meetup. Tech events, halloween events, dress making, mma, whatever. Being interesting and having a high smv is what will help you get girls. See an event? Just go to it.…

Clubbing is good if you have the right vibe. Take a mate or make some friends in the club. Get there early, cut your losses at 12am. Relocate if you have to. Hang out at the bar - that's where the cool chicks drinking - investing are. say hey. If they dont reply, move on. Strike a convo. Chat a bit, ask for a dance, escalate, suggest a venue change with them to make sure they're not trying to waste your time. Make shit up when you get to talking. Tell them youre an alcoholic if they ask what you…

in the sex context, let's agree you'd prefer to be yourself - a 51 year old man with sore joints than a 51 year old woman with sore joints probably going through menopause.

I'd flip it like this: Nature is kind to women, yet unkind to men. Time, on the other hand, is kind to men, yet unkind to women.

Just gotta read the 48 Laws of Power. Not a lot of great talkshow role models for us anymore. Long live Craig Ferguson!

sorry brother thinking back it was pretty bleeding obvious, cant read sarcasm so i brushed your profile... lead me to believe you were a little serious. wanted to give some encouragement. i find the more time i spend on a computer the more boring i become.

i found video games made chatting with girls tough thats all. tbh i dont think a writer should need to make that distinction. im happy theyre writing and we're all on different levels. really it is the readers responsibility to gage the material provided. for example I am very effective in some aspects yet totally lacking in others, some things i read i tell myself "yeah no way" others like this i agree all the way.

really great points. i agree with giving up on old relationships, however fighting through and trying to recover old relationships was a valuable lesson i am glad to have experienced first hand and i wouldnt be the man i am had it not happened.

being aloof. like girls - you can be talking and engaging but not really invested. the most obvious interest you want to display is that youre still here. make her think she has to fight a little. obviously mentally you will have more overt thoughts but really you want to be doing actions which make the girl feel like shes has some control whilst also building connection and escalating (because she wont do it on her own). for example hand holding by reading a palm or comparing callouses, locking…

I'm not sure in the modern age there is room for a flip phone or Nokia. Rather, it is managing how smart devices are used. There are strategies to overcome smartphone misuse - greyscale mode, content restrictions etc. I am trying to limit my usage to a device of productivity: photos, navigation, books, scheduling, email and, of course, as a cellphone. Although I was never much of a social media user so it is not as difficult to unplug from all that stuff. So far it is going well and I frequently…

i get your point that some of this stuff is obvious but im not sure trp has gone as low as to emphasise the importance basic daily necessities. its all just about organising the disorganised and i think this post has hit the nail on the head at least for myself - i feel inspired to end my 4am outings and to escalate my dates into a close closer to 12 than 1am

This post provides a set of tools, I don't think following all of them isnt necessary - for example I'm not going to take hot showers. There are some good takeaways like consistent bed times and wake up times and I do like the refusal to compromise sleep for a hot girl - encourages escalation sooner rather than later. also napping blue light free room decompressing before bed not in bed etc

Keeping in mind context here. No phone - "Learn how to interact with everyone, the youth's social skills are worse than ever. Being an effective, magnetic, interesting communicator sets you apart from 90% of the rest of your generation." - KeffirLime in this thread. So now he's socialising. How to best socialise? Read up on game, read the sidebar, read the handbook, read top rated posts. Lift weights and take cold showers - these will make you less anxious. Talk about yourself. Be positive. Be v…
