I feel like apart from trans women gay men are still the second most discriminated against group within LGBTQ, and even then I would argue the 2 arent really comparable and are very different. Gay men historically have faced a lot more scrutiny and public disgust than lesbian women have, and we see a lot of accusations on gay men in particular that arent levied on lesbian women, such as gay groomers and stuff like that.

I dont like the word "patriarchy" because it subconsciously puts the blame of the system on men. Men arent even in control of the system. A few rich men and women at the top who got rich over hundreds of years of hoarding set it up. Jack working construction didnt have shit to do with any of these problems

Married Incels? Incels mean Involuntary Celibate. A lot of people hate them because of a combination of the just world fallacy and the women are wonderful effect. They use the action of a extremely tiny subset of them to justify hating all of them

I just want to be valued as a man, to not be hated, not be only valued up to my ability to provide something but as something that’s alive

What I dont get is somehow misandrists would expect a normal nerdy guy to know when a literal cosmic entity would grant a silly kid's toy the powers to alter reality. "um hes mysoginist and views women as property because he wished for it" mother fucker he did that as a joke because its NORMAL to assume nothing of that sort would happen. bro literally began trying to reverse the curse almost immediately

I honestly barely ever hear any cases of rape involving male babysitters compared to female ones. Most of the time in one of these cases it’s always female babysitter coerced young boy into sex marathon or some shit then there are a bunch of retards in the comments saying they wished it was them

The average male gaming friend group consists of the oldest 36 year old guy with kids who’s like the dad of the group, your typical hard 20 year olds, and that one 16 year old with a mouth like a sailor

Fallacies are unavoidable when arguing on scales such as this. Its a very common human error. if they are hyper focusing on your fallacies rather than your arguments then they are not interested in a genuine conversation, especially if you already acknowledged the mistake

So what’s your goal with this? Good men aren’t the ones doing this shit. You literally are just bunching all of us with the scum of the earth and saying we’ll all men bad because so many do it. Evil men who do that shit won’t care because they are evil. I already hate being a man so what do you want me to do? kill myself? i just might one of these days

The sheer amount of memes and “god i wish that were me” comments i see in the comment sections of reels even mentioning anissa and mark from invincible (if you know you know) is honestly infuriating. Male sexual assault is not taken seriously at best and actively fetishized at worst

that’s 62 million visits. I visit reddit about 50 times a day from the sheer amount of times i close and open up the site. It’s also said the group is a small subsection on that site, which makes it even less. Language like that paints all men as bad, which literally does nothing but shame the good men (majority) of them while the bad ones that actually do that shit don’t care.

Whats the thing with Sydney Sweeney? Ive seen misandrists on insta saying on how it appeals to the male gaze or something but that show literally has something like a 90 percent gen z white women audience so idk wtf they are talking about.

Its visits, not individual people. I dont know about everyone else here but i have OCD so i close out of tabs i dont use then revisit them when im taking a break. This way i "enter" reddit about 50 times a day. i may or may not get some hate for this but i do feel extreme sadness for a lot of people who commited mass shootings, especially the kids. Don’t get me wrong, what they did was nothing short of evil, but a literal child to be driven to that point, it’s just sad

I think certain aspects of the redpill can be very beneficial. Self improvement and pursuing success is something that can be really good for young men. I don’t think pursuing success should be done solely for the purpose of getting women though, i think generally you should treat yourself to a better lifestyle

The overall dehumanizations of homeless people is baffling. So many people forget that these people are human beings just like me and you, who hit a rough patch and basically never been able to recover.

In the long term I do agree with this sentiment. However, I do understand why conservatism at first may be more appealing to young men who arent really critically thinking the situation through. When you have one side who has basically demonized young men for the past decade, it may be reassuring to find solace in a group that isnt really doing that.

yeah thats fair. Im labled as far right and entitled to women simply for stating my struggles with getting a relationships nowadays so i feel you

Men should also be careful when buddying up too much with the right. While not being outright hostile like the left is, the right doesnt care about men, and would even seek to use male bodies to further their own agendas at the detriment of men. I remain apolitical for the most part nowadays for this exact reason
/r/MensRights20/11/25 03:53 AM

most incels aren’t mysoginistic either. The literal definition of the term is involuntary celibate, meaning they are unable to get a romantic or sexual partner. It has nothing to do with hating women, but somehow this is the new “virgin” thrown around as a insult that it lost all meaning

I’m pretty economically left leaning too, and used to be a full blown leftist. I think people quickly forget that socialist ideals were the most popular in the last century amongst a lot of working class men, the ones who toiled the fields and worked dusk til dawn in a damp dirty factory. I don’t know how leftism and socialism turned into this woke virtue signalling oppression olympics it is today, but in self respect i cannot bring myself back to support a movement that hates me for no reason

I can’t even if i wanted to
/r/MensRights05/09/25 09:12 PM

I used to be a leftist, and on many economic issues i still do lean very left. Leftism started as a way for men to fight for better labor conditions, livable wages, and other rights that we as the workers deserved. However nowadays it’s this oppression olympics virtue signal competition to see which group should be labeled as worst. While I do still support economically leftist reforms, i cannot bring myself to support a social movement that hates me for no reason

you know what feminists have over us? They are united, we are scattered. We need to stand together as one to deal with problems such as this. This kind of degrading of men is not ok, and all of us need to let our voices heard together.

We have always been viewed as disposable within society. Our value has always come from the benefits we could bring to society, even so called "times of respect." Think to yourself, back then who gave a shit about the hard working male farmers who toiled the earth to feed his family? The common man is dismissed as merely a resource that "should be generating a certain resource." They just arent hiding it anymore, and they arent really keeping the veil of civility either
/r/MensRights25/07/25 01:41 AM

I mean throughout history the death or harm of a woman or child has always been seen as more devastating and cruel than the harm or death of a man. Men were just expected to charge into battle and die in the most horrific ways, or take one for the team in instances such as the titanic and essentially just commit self deletion for the greater good. They just arent really hiding the fact that men's lives are worthless to them anymore
/r/MensRights25/07/25 01:38 AM

I love shoeonhead’s content. She criticizes a lot of modern misandry from a left liberal perspective.

This "incel" label only humanizes him more for me. Also the fact that he is acknowledging a very common struggle of men of other ethnicities when it comes to dating in the west also earns a point for me. Honestly this is the type of rhetoric who drove candidates like bernie sanders away in the first place. Its no longer about improving life for everyone anymore, but instead just who can virtue signal the loudest

Real. We must create a unity between men. All for one and one for all.
/r/MensRights30/06/25 12:21 AM
16

Its because men are socialized to take on issues by themselves. When you hear rhetoric about what a real man needs to be it always involves taking on the world alone. I think this needs to change, and we need to be more united
/r/MensRights29/06/25 09:05 AM

Real. I was really fucking devastated when I heard about Mikayla’s death because I loved the save a fox project and fennigen. This is an opportunity to address an important issue within society but they won’t even touch it out of fear of being labelled a “mysoginist”
/r/MensRights25/06/25 07:23 AM

This is why the left will keep losing until they understand what they are doing wrong. Honestly isolating a large voting bloc is really stupid, i don’t know why they can’t figure this out

This war is honestly such a waste and tragedy for the young men on both sides. They are just thrown into a brutal meatgrinder in order for a few politicians to advance their agenda and power. Basically seen less than human by the international community, as only numbers

Real. It took me a while to realize that neither side really gave a shit about us. I used to be a leftist, and in many instances I still do believe in some leftist ideas such as universal healthcare, workers rights, etc. In theory the left should work on helping both women and men, especially since men make up the majority of farmers, factory workers, and manual labourers. However for some reason the left seemed to have shifted to this virtue signal hate competition to see who can be more oppres…

The right doesn’t give a shit about us either. While they aren’t as openly hostile to us as some on the left are, they still look down on us if we don’t perfectly fit their worldview of what a “useful” man is

Im really fucking sorry you had to go through all this. The unfortunate reality is that society sees men as expendable, and only to the extent to what they can provide. Its unfair, and you deserve better than for everyone in your life to leave you out to dry. I know you are struggling right now, but please, dont kill yourself. You are worth so much more than merely just a dad or husband

As a man who has suffered from chronic depression and loneliness all my life, I feel like being kind and having empathy almost always ends up being seen as a weakness and results in you being hurt.

I mean im just nice by default to anyone i interact with. I dont really want to cause conflict or offend anybody, so I try to just be polite and help people wherever I can. I think sexual assault as traumatic because it signals loss of control at the most basic level, like you were remotely taken over by an alien force. I heard that it felt as if you were no longer in control of your body, which is something pretty terrifying to most people.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/25 06:03 AM

Also college overall is pretty difficult for a lot of people to manage nowadays due to the cost, especially when people come from a poorer background. So there’s that from a leftist perspective on that argument
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates25/05/25 05:37 AM

I’m not really in the position to have standards
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 01:12 AM

Did I? I was just pointing out the contradictions within your argument about femcels not posting bad stuff (they do). I did not said anything about you not being allowed to harass incels that say mean things lol. I mean if you want to waste your time arguing with losers on the internet likely reaction baiting more power to you I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 01:06 PM
6

Where did I imply that?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 12:25 PM
1

That’s a very bold generalization to make for a population in the millions. Also while i do not condone these people doing anything to harm or hurt others, their reactions are often grown from some sort of traumatic experiences in the past. Of course they can just be assholes who straight up hate women just because no pussy, but I like to believe that soft rejections generally don’t lead most people to that level of self hatred and depression
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 12:24 PM
3

What exactly are these people doing in front of actual people that are preventing them from getting a date in your opinion? I doubt they are spewing blackpill and redpilled stuff in front of actual women since i’m pretty sure even if certain people have no social awareness altogether they still wouldn’t be telling people that they are interested in “hey you are inferior and are a whore lmao”
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 05:29 AM

Then which ones? Most Incels aren’t stupid enough to do any stupid shit in real life unless they are extremely mentally disturbed. Even then I would argue it’s less of a Incel problem and more of a mental health issues. Most incels aren’t even toxic like that if you go by the actual definition of the word, which just means men who are unable to get a romantic or sexual partner due to a certain aspect of themselves holding them back, whether it be neurodivergence, looks, height, or even other fac…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/25 05:03 AM

Im pretty sure most incels dont either, unless you call saying mysoginistic shit online making problems, which in that case femcels do it as well
