Those people disgust me, but there's fundamental problems with having a heartless system and expecting it to churn out heartfelt good people. Until the day capitalism and communism die there will always be an ample abundance of assholes in the world. That said, I'm talking about sympathy. Once the pieces have fallen the girls are the ones who get the help while the guys are left to rot on the ground.

You'd be surprised how far and wide word can spread. It's slightly more worrying if they didn't hear anything about you since that would mean that you actually appear creepy, but to find that you need to talk to them. The only way to resolve your problem in this case is to directly talk with the people who seem to dislike you and to understand why so that you can change.

Things I've noticed- 1) The fact that you think you'll look creepy automatically makes you subconsciously behave in a creepy fashion. Drop that attitude, it's poison. 2) Most likely word got spread around of something you did or did not do. Some people will lie to harm others.

That might be your problem... Just go ask them anyway. It's not like you'll suddenly make them hate you- you've apparently accomplished that without doing anything. Ask them why. Chances are they're doing this because of something you've done in the past and word got spread around.
