Why intentionally make us look bad? There are serious issues but hey, WoMeN BaD. This is why people get called incels.

This is such a sad and disgusting story but I'm happy it's been exposed. I've seen people start to change their perspectives and it's about time.

Intention is irrelevant. She was a child and responsibility falls on us as individuals and as adults. Honestly supportig this post or this man does nothing but make mens rights look like incels it's disgusting. Surprised this hasn't been removed. Not a men's rights issue whatsoever.

I usually agree with most posts here... upvote almost everything. But ughh... this isn't the type of thing to spread to improve mens rights or the movements image. A child lied, children do that. He should be held accountable for what he did whether he believed she was of age or not is irrelevant.

Also.. i don't think anybody 'searched' for anything. Popped up in my feed as I'm subbed to men's rights.

I completely agree with the premise, I just don't think it has a place in mens rights. Makes it look bad is all I'm saying. Focus on real issues :)

Why is this on r/mensrights? How does bashing trans people or women help anything? How about we discuss real issues and take this garbage elsewhere...

Is that supposed to be a punishment? I'd get fined more for not picking up my dogs shit...

Only this isn't even an accurate statistic.. there are far too many factors involved to just state that with 0 context.

Someone ban peskysquirms, please. Making men's rights look like a bunch of incels. Fuck out of here with your stupidity.

I guess you could stretch it to religious reasons as well but I agree. Unless it needs to be done, why?

Of course I only speak from my perspective. Yes NA, in Canada. I know it isn't a global 'norm' but I did not know it wasn't in EU and the UK. Thank you for the info! Has this changed recently or was it ever only done for religious or medical reasons?

Downvoting totally reasonable posts like this will not help this sub grow. Play the long game, support each other. If you disagree have a discussion and the best ideas usually win. Down vote and hiding is not manly or right.

So you're saying that women are better soldiers and we should get some equality in numbers and push them into duty? Let's use stats like leftists do and spin it in a ridiculous way to further our agenda.

Vaginas are ugly. Let's mutilate them so they can be more attractive , because the appearance of your genitalia is clearly more important than the pain cause by the procedure. And we'll shame all girls who have a disgusting natural vagina. Eww shes unmutilated? Who would want that.... Oh wait. That is some backwards midevil fucked up shit. Maybe lets not do it to our children!?

I have no idea why anyone would want to mutilate their childs genitalia. I am uncircumcised and I'm thankful for it. The fact that this isn't the 'norm' and boys are frequently shamed for being perfectly natural is disgusting. https://goodmenproject.com/featured-content/the-good-life-why-do-we-still-circumcise-boys/

Tried to read this but it hurt my brain too much. Absolutely appalling. She needs to be fired immediately and this double standard needs to end. Hate is hate. Regardless of gender, race, religion, political affiliation or any factor other than a person's individual characteristics this hate is unacceptable.

Most parents want their children to grow up and raise a family so their legacy can continue. Because your brother is with a woman they can, regardless of her sexual attractions to other women. But with you being a bisexual male they probably fear that you won't have children and are thus worthless to the family. I don't agree with their actions or believe it is right, but this will make you a better person in the long run anyhow.

Stories like this need to get more exposure so it stops happening. People always believe womens claims and men are immediate labeled monsters. I can't even begin to relate to what you have been thru and nobody ever should. Stay strong.

Use their own stupidty against them. More people should do this just to show how ridiculous it is.

I've never unserstood this. If there is a produt that you don't like, simply don't use it. If other people want to use that product, then that's their choice. Music isn't hurting anyone but this facist nonsense will.

If the gender rolse were reversed and this was a story about a man murdering his wife we wouldn't hear or see him again. We need real equality in the legal system.
