Even now you can still say something.

Did a lawyer or police officer or similar tell you you couldn't do anything? I understand if you want to leave it be now, but if she's at least known to the police that's the first step to catching her. Who knows how many people she raped and/or drugged.

Quit alcohol for a month and post your results. Then people may believe you.

I can't link to the threads because apparently there's no exceptions to the rule of linking to redditpages, but it shouldn't be hard to find. The first two threads when searching for 'children' in this sub are excellent and I couldn't explain it better myself. Don't skip the commentsection either.

Reason for the thing about girls is that you should treat them like children. There's a lot of posts about that topic already on this sub.

Which routines are you talking about? If you're skinny you want to start eating more and lift weights. You'll see the name Stronglifts 5x5 pop up often, this is because it's simple, it includes all the important compound exercises and just works. Imo you should do extra work on upper body if you do stronglifts though, especially arms. Add in some (4 sets of 8-12 reps) bicep curls and close grip bench press after chin ups and normal bench press respectively, and you're set. For diet, look around …

I would recommend trying to put some vegetable or fruit in every meal. As in, making it <meat> + <vegetables> + <sauce> + <carbs>. Also, I don't think you always need sauce (some pork strips with garlic, onion, courgette and some seasoning is delicious, add some bread for carbs if you want) or, if you're on a cut, carbs. As you don't really need carbs, it's an excellent part of your diet to take out on a cut.

I don't have the answer to your question, but remember that it's not a race. It's important to keep good form as today it may be fun to add another 10 lbs, but if you keep doing that you will regret it a couple years down the road. Both injury and plateaus are symptoms of bad form.

You sound hopeless for trying to achieve too much, for being a perfectionist. You need to find a proper balance between contentedness and the will to improve. Stop crying about fantasies. You don't compete with sons of sheiks. You compete with other average guys, and should strive to be in a higher percentile than your actual competitors. If you don't want to, that's fine. Feeling content with your life feels good. Aside from that, it doesn't do anything.

You take his point, and then twist it into unrealistic proportions. Of course, it's not very likely you will have a ten million dollar yacht with a harem of world class models. But if you decide that staying at home eating whatever snack and watching tv, every night of the week, is good enough, well, then I don't have anything to say. A big part of TRP is self-improvement. Whether that's to start lifting, improving the way you dress, getting a better job, it's all to make you more valuable for b…

If you don't have a special injury that specifically makes conventional deadlifts hurt, you're doing something wrong with them. Find someone in your gym with knowledge on the topic, like a competitive powerlifter, and ask him, or her for that matter, for advice. Then find out what your strongest method is, sumo or conventional and decide what your standard and what your alternative will be. For deadlifts it's about equal, but you should compare it well first.

It's because if you start growing more muscle, your SMV goes up. Theirs stays the same so it weakens their position.

Thailand has several laws and acts that criminalize prostitution and which seek to penalize specific violators in the trade. Below we discuss Thailand’s (i) Penal Code Amendment Act (No. 17) B.E. 2547 (2003) (the “Penal Code”), (ii) Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act, B.E. 2539 (1996) (the “Prostitution Act”), and (iii) Entertainment Places Act of B.E. 2509 (1966) (the “Entertainment Places Act”). Penal Code Amendment Act Thailand’s Penal Code6 does not explicitly state that prostitu…

The point is that you want to prepare for situations that may or may not happen but would end very badly for you had you not prepared. Most people who marry think they'll never divorce, but looking at the statistics this is an unreasonable expectation. So, you can either prepare for the worst and hope for the best, or you can not prepare and have a significant chance of getting royally fucked. What tells you this woman he married is in any way different than all the other women?

Or, if you don't want the permanent outcome of a vasectomy, wait a year for vasalgel to arrive. Until then, use condoms you bring and dispose of, so she can't damage before or scoop out after sex.
