13	Meditative Monk Masturbation Thought must be followed by action, what you call "outer growth" is in essence "inner growth" because it's nothing more than the manifestation of the inner change phenomena that occurs when we take action. The problem lies when people mistake outer growth for shallowness. I am often guilty of this. Nice post OP.
