Honestly. Was a certified trainer for a while but I haven’t been the gym in a year as I fell out due to some personal stuff. i went consistently for around 3 years and though I’m working out, it’s also a public space. Meaning people can interact. Never was one of those assholes that ignored everyone and acted like I was god if somebody just wanted some advice or help, or even if they just wanted a lil convo mid-session. If you’re so far up your own ass you think nobody can speak to you in public…
